Yeah, might on such a rider want to make him max at 77 while also lowering his hill by 1, or play around with potential. Mayb also lower flat even more, acc and res aswell.
Just thought some big stamina climbers could be interesting addition
3rd in Tour de Gaudalope (and 2 stages), 2nd in Circuit du Mene, stage win in Isard, 8th in Japan Cup shows he has some good results in real life. Both FirstCycling and ProCyclingstats has him as a climber/GC rider and even though he has a stage win from a TTT I would suggest him more as a pure climber. Also as he is 2003 born I would suggest making him level 2 and a bit more developed. I imagine him kinda like a stereotypical colombian climber who wont TT and who it could be cool to develop with climberv2 for stamina. The problem is just that I cant find a starting point where V2 is better than others at level 2 :/
Again I have not done anything with the new stat gains

Might be too strong (maybe I'm in general suggesting too strong) but I pictured a strong climber with stamina, made for attacking for KoM thus hight fighting and downhill. 79 Mon might be too strong but I kinda saw him as a rider where you never really will be able to prioritize training as there will always be someone you wanna train before him.
I still see Climberv1 maybe as a better development, even though I would find it fun to try a high stamina climber like that. Hope we can get a rider like this added, maybe even increase stamina/Resistance and lower Moutain a bit. Say 2 lower Mountain and 2 higher Stamina, making him a 77/83 Mon/Sta or something interesting like that
think you already worked it out but this would be way too strong on new engine i'd only give someone that ST if you were lowering the starting MO to be 77 or under. or the other way would be to lower the HI a lot to like starting at 60 so that there's a significant disadvantage on another terrain
I looked at it a bit more, the new climberv2 would give him 80 in Stamina, but Stage Race would still give him 81. So I tried to make a suggestion a new go (and most likely jph and knockout will do totally different stuff than I suggest anyway, I'm just having fun playing around with it ) Changed him to potential 5 aswell as potential 6 really makes climberv1 stand out with the extra +1 in mountain on level 2->3 and 4->4.100

Climber v1 might still be most tempting but there is a clear tradeoff for getting the extra MM and Hill by giving away 4 flat, 4 Fighter and 6 Downhill. Stage Race would in my opinion not be an option with the worse Resistance, accuracy, fighting and downhill for in reality just a bit of recovery (I like that Stage Race is not as strong as before were it was often the no-brainer for climbers).
Here you would no matter the stat development chosen (in the climbing department) get a climber with strong stamina. Then you get flavor choices with Flat/hill and if you want to boost the "minor backup stats". I have no idea if higher fighter attacks more often (I like to believe it does) and how effective higher downhill is? If there is an effect a 6 or 8 gap should be noticable.
Even if Maisonobe is not added like this I hope we get some riders with this kind of thinking in the db. The closest we are today is Mamykin, Primozic, Gregaard, Carthy and Zimmermann and all of them would have higher Hill than this guy (and TT, Resistance and Recovery). Riders like this would have an unique feel that would be fun to play around with.
(Of course you could aslo plan long term my doing Hillsv1 and then train hills for 2-3-4 seasons just to get fucked over by PCM in the future when stamina is nerfed)
Just some thoughts about the French guys Heine proposed (although I doubt we'll get them all in the DB ...). All stats considered when maxed:
Magnier is clearly the French star of the class (maybe even of the entire class) and could actually even end around 80/80 in SP/ACC. I wouldn't mind if he also ends as a capable cobbler or puncheur on top, but I know this isn't about everyone's wet dreams (actually I know this thread is exactly about that and the DB team has to cool everyone down again ).
Gruel could be another hilly sprinter, but I can also see him ending with a statline like Madouas (who will coincidentally decline once Gruel maxes).
I'd see Loulergue as more of a puncheur domestique with around 71/74/75 in MO/MM/HI.
Isidore could end as a fighter who's also somewhat okay on the hills.
You (and others) most likely know more about those riders than me I just have to try to get enough that you don't gobble up them all
Looking at some more riders from Luxembourg to look at adding some domqstique type riders who are valuable but not crazy good. Specially the first one (Kluckers) I think just deserves a change considering he has just stayed in the db as a level 1.
Arthur Kluckers is already in the db but has never had a team, I think an upgrade would be deserved and he is born in 2000. Current stats at level 1 age 25 potential 5:
With his results I would atleast make him a stronger TT talent with Jungels also declining he would fit well in the Luxembourgian sphere. Considering his age and keeping him at Level 1 (to fit a bit with mangame history) I would suggest him ending up quite high in TT as he will not be trained (unless someone is crazy)

Thinking of him mainly as a cog in a TTT team, but with some posibilities. You can either make him as good in TT as possible who will make him a nice TT rider with Flat and hills while his backup stats are not that good, or you can decide to make him a TT/Cob support rider with Fabian, or even a puncheur (though I prefer the other options). Wanted to give him low Mo to not make Stage Race attractive and same with a lowish sprint. If he was my rider I would consider Time Trial or Fabian and in the end most likely ending with the versitality of Fabian.
He will be 26 starting next season, thus maxing out at 29/30
Not a lot of great results for him, mostly his top results are in the Luxembourgian NCs, I think he could be a nice add as a general domestique type rider with potential 4

Thinking here is a rider that can be made into pretty much anything while not having a main stat (Mo, hill, TT, Cob, Sp) over 75. The kind of talent that you can develop to fill out what you think is needed and keep as a 50k option forever while never being a world beater.
I like the fighter/rolour option that would make him a bit of everything with a good FG stat, but I'm quite sure someone would like both Track-TT/TimeTrial or Hillsv1/v2. Or maybe even Stage Race or cobbles? It will be up to the manager who get him. Anyway a fun rider type
Don't think we can call this guy a world beater, with his best result according to Procyclingstats being 26th in Ster van Zwolle other than NCs. With his height I see him as a Flat / leadout rider. Also as I put on another post there are only 1 sprinter and 1 leadout rider from Luxembourg and they are both declining.

Again I think making him nothing spectacular but just a good leadout rider with good flat
When I just google "best cyclist born 2004" AI states that this rider is the best one. Seems to be taken from this article (https://cyclinguptodate.com/cycling/l...r-of-birth) from 2023, but hey? With the mangames history of African riders I think it would be a fun add
Former African and Erirean ITT U19 champion, 2nd place in Eritrean NC 2024, 3rd in Eschborn-Frankfurt U23 2023 whats not to love? With his TT palmares I think we can move him somewhat towards TT and maybe also give him some climbing? In a world where he has grown up watching Kudus win TDF its not unlikely he would try to become a GC rider?

Might be I'm suggesting him too strong, but just looked like fitting into the Eritrean fold with Kudus having his last max year next season and Berhane/Aman is not talents fit to grow into a leader position while (other than Girmay). You could elect to make him a stage racer or a TT monster. After all, google said he was the best rider born in 2004...
