Strange stage today! It’s a short one (121 km), with an all flat and downhill finish for the last 40 km. But on the way, there are 4 categorized climbs, including the col du Granon, though this side isn’t too hard.

Also the finish is subject to crosswinds on the way to the lake of Aix-les-Bains.

Though personally I’ve trouble to put a pure climber or stage racer as the favorite, I’ve trouble to design one.
