May is over so here we are with the fifth ranking update for CT. After jt got tired of praising himself, this division recap has gone to me, and so far I have also enjoyed praising him, and I am not yet tired of it! Let's find out if we're back to our jt-praising ways this month, or if somebody else can shine in the spotlight as well.
And for the month of May the crown goes to Euskadi - Murias! No GC by Munoz in ToA, but still three stage wins, a green jersey etc. as a team, combined with a nice Middle East, Luxembourg and another win in the Isle of Mann. Bianchi still decent with a top-5 by the way, but Ethiopian Airlines, SEE Turtles and other Basque team Euskotren - Pays Basque outscore them as well this month.
The other teams all scoring more or less between the 100-200 points mark this month, with four team below 100 points. Three of team are 'new' teams with Zappes Kölsch, Incaline and Kone-Nordea, with Podium Ambition being the fourth.

Onto the total rankings then. Bianchi stays in first, which is no surprise. Interesting to note however, is that number two KRaftwerk and the (new) number three Ethiopian Airlines both have a better points per raceday projection now. Can we still see a real fight for the title?
Euskadi jumps to fourth, with Podium dropping to fifth after a low-scoring month. Euskotren also making the sponsors happy with a jump to sixth, as Tafjord sees a status quo in seventh. SEE Turtles jump the most this month, going from twelfth to eighth. The gap towards the number five Podium Ambition and an automatic promotion is currently 146 points.
No big points for Peugeot either, who drop to ninth place now, with Parmalat staying in tenth and nearing on their Colombian rivals/colleagues. The ONE - Fox God did well and rise to eleventh ahead of their friends from Incaline, with their other friends from ANZ - Prada also jumping two spots to thirteenth. Glanbia leaves the red lantern over to Kone-Nordea for now, with Zappes Kölsch in fifteenth eleven points ahead of the Scandinavians.

The individual rankings are not yet available and will come later.
This might be the highest rank we've been since we started last season. ToA has always been good for points though so let's hope we can do the same in other races. thx for report!
Good month again for us I think 1200pt itself should be a guranteed promotion score so only the title left to fight for and a cool 3 - way fight with Kraftwerk and Ethiopian devloping
Bizarre to think we're leading the division in PpRD. Absolutely zero chance we maintain that over a larger sample size but still a nice position to be in in May. Probably next month we'll beat our score from last year, which I really didn't see coming at the beginning of the season. If we're still in and around the podium fight come what October I'll be a very happy manager indeed.
Despite the poor month I still think Peugeot are seriously lurking there in 9th. Fewest race days used in the divion, and plenty of opportunities for that man Galta to score some big points. Wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to see them promoted automatically when all is said and done.
