For PT team you now know your schedule and can begin planning as your roster completes. PCT and CT teams will need to wait for C1/C2 selections to be finalized (separate thread to come) but the planner file is the same.
New this year managers will generate their own calendar by entering race selections. The Part 1 tab includes instructions on how to complete this. The last step in Part 1 generates a set of check values that allow you to confirm your calendar is consistent with what the admins have. Values for PT teams are below. Values for PCT and CT will be made available once C1/C2 and Wildcards are complete. While you can work on your planner without validating these please confirm them before you submit your planner.
Part 2 is the planner itself. There are instructions for that on the Part 2 tab in the file.
Planners will be due midnight site time on September 8th but earlier submissions are appreciated When complete please save the file as “Teamname_2025Planner” and either send to UlrichU on Discord or upload to your dropbox and send a PM to Mangame-Admin confirming you have done that.
This linked file in this thread is the same as that released earlier, if you have already begun work there is no need to download, you can use the original version.
Level-Up Calculator
We have now created a level up calculator file. This allows you to enter relevant information about a rider and his calendar and it will calculate his new level at the end of the season. Use of this file is optional you are welcome to calculate experience gains using your own methods.
This file assumes riders who are marked Avenir eligible will ride Avenir, if you fail to enter Avenir with your riders, when the time comes, these points will not be scored. Avenir entries are made later in the season. It is the responsibility of the manager to monitor game activity and make Avenir entries when the time comes.
To use the calculator just populate the columns in yellow and it will spit out the new level of your rider and his level up(s) in the columns on the right.
For race days, you can either manually enter them, if you want to see what it will take to level up a rider, or you can copy them from your planner when it is complete. I have added a section on the right of the planner tab which summarizes days by level. Just copy paste values that section into the level up calculator. Just make sure you have your riders listed in the same order as the planner.
Thanks to Cio for pointing out an error in this file. That is now corrected so if you haven’t downloaded in the last 48 hours you should redownload. However, the correction won’t impact most riders. As this is the first year this file is in use please respond below if you think there is an error.

With C1 and C2 selections complete, calendars are now final for PT and CT teams as well as PCT teams who are not selecting wildcards.
You can complete your planner as described in the first post. CT teams where your calendar changed, please be sure to update your C1C2 file to reflect your final calendar as confirmed to me.
We are not delaying the Planner deadline, it is still midnight, September 8th site time. You can send you file to me in discord or upload to dropbox and pm mangame-admin. Please name your file as follows: “Teamname_2025Planner”.
This process of setting up your planner is not complex it just requires entering a few numbers and a couple of copy pastes.
The last step in Part 1 of planner creation creates some check values. Please compare those values to the values listed below for your team. If they don't match pm me or reach out to me on discord.
PT Team values have not changed from those previously disclosed. The PT column value for PCT teams with wildcards will be updated once wildcards are assigned.

Maybe a stupid question, but how do I update excel to see the new average after plotting in training?
I suspect the planned training will change allowed race days in CT, so Im afraid of assigning too many race days to the given rider.

You mark the row, then it's Ctrl + Shift + O for the OVL macro. OVL, MM and RDs should get adjusted.

Thank you very much. But when I do this, the MM stat goes automatically down 11 points and consequently the AVG goes way down and the race day allocation is now much higher. I try to manually adjust the MM-stat and try again, but with same result. As far as I can see, no other stats is changed in the process, just the MM.
Is this a known problem? |

Do you have the most recent version of the Transfer DB? There was a known issue with the Macro in earlier versions.

I had the same problem with mine no matter what DB version I used. Only thing that fixed it was doing a repair of my whole Microsoft Office.

Just started, but I'm missing the option to add colours. It's greyed out for me while I was able to add colours in previous versions (for clashes, filled up etc).
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I always want to color in clashes in the planner so that i dont forget to add enough riders to the races. And then i color in races that i would like to add for a rider's schedule and ones where i ideally would like to replace him in another color.

I usualy give two clashing races a colorr mark, so I know when something won't work before I have to try it. Also when a rider is filled up on racedays, I colour that row red so I know he's not available anymore. I understand the logic of protecting the cells, but maybe just allow colouring?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Knockout and I talked offline on this - he found if you copied cells out and then changed them and copied the format back in that worked.
I thought I had protected the sheets, so if you right click and unprotect the sheet that might help. If you do this just be sure not to change the formulas in the rows with your races at the top.
And you can highlight all the yellow cells and clear custom formatting. Then you should be good. The clashes will only show up in the columns on the left though. Will set it up a little differently next year.

Since there seem to be about 30 others, I'll go for it:
Any chance we can get a few more days? I really tried to get things done last week, but the slow loading times and 502 errors for the race profile stage threads slowed things down a lot.
