The availability list is somewhat the expected one, but nonetheless it's good to know the interesting riders for me are actually available. You'll here from me, no doubt about that!

Probably one of the transfer windows I am the most excited to see unfold, this could be a the bane of plenty of managers' existence over the following month!

Had missed your original concept drop and catching up to see how exciting this team will be. Absolutely a challenging concept to pull off with such strict guidelines, but I believe in you! Love seeing the commitment to sponsor objectives and think you could find more success than maybe you even imagine
Not surprised to see the two cobblers on the market after a lower than expected return on investment last year and hopefully the return better on the transfer market for you!

Some solid retentions on min wage there Ezee, and some pretty expected but nonetheless annoying rises for your leaders/sub-top leaders. I like the flexibility that you’ve given yourself to have a chance at survival, the original ambition was a recipe for a quick relegation so I like that even though the focus will shift to youth development (which is great news long-term for the team), you’ll still be competitive and probably a thorn in my side this transfer window!

As kb mentioned, an unsurprising availability list - although smaller than initially expected. But it makes fully sense that the sponsors slightly adapted their conditions, otherwise it could've been a truly annoying season for you in PCT.
You'll surely hear from me as well, one or two interesting riders on that list, even for a PT team
Good luck for your journey in PCT!

Can't believe Zepuntke was a huge part of an awesome season and I have to pause the hate to congratulate him and you on 2024. Very interested to see what your plans are, especially with the (understandable and probably good) decision to sell the Rubens who were so important last year.
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Really excited to see this project develop - it is something I've considered doing before but have never been brave enough, so full credit to you for taking it on! I suspect we'll see a lot of each other in free agency as a result |

@kandesbunzler26
Yeah, my concept made it pretty obvious Like i said before when I look at your list too I think we will have some talks.
@whitejersey
Haha, I hope so for myself because this would mean I have done some things right. I may even feel sorry for others... but probably not
@baseballlover312
Definitely but the good thing is without expectations to score big you cant really get disappointed and focus on development long term
@seancoll
Yeah my initial or general concept would hve been just hopeless for staying in PCT, now there is at least a tiny chance if i can pull it up right with the exceptions for this year.
The reason for the cobblers being available is actually more that they dont fit the age & regional concept otherwise i would have tried it again. I still believe in cobbles and if i do better as manager i think there is also more points in return
@Booker
As i wrote before, you are right with the concept without exceptions for this year the season would have been not a joy, now i can battle at least.
Overall m concept with talent will be probably annoying for many managers this year
@Fabianski
Yeah i just didnt bother to even extend contracts with many riders i wont use at all. And nobody could expect that Willwohl suddenly wins a NC, then i would probably have paid him his demand
Thanks!
@Heine
Thanks and your are always welcome to throw money at me for some of them. Good luck for your return season too.
@jandal7
Haha, in the end and how i felt during the season I cant believe it also :joy: but in the end he contributed to this and that we somehow promoted (with a bit luck). Would have stayed the concept and sponsors the same I probably would have kept both Rubens in the end.
@SotD
You are free to talk with me about them too I may even be easier to talk with then others because my demands probably reasonable. I have no needs for big cash this year but i wanna get paid a fair price in the end
@jph27
When i look at your project and plans I think you may not be this strict but you seem to go in a similar direction, so as you say our Team names will probably be seen often at the same riders

Best of luck getting a star to keep you in PCT while your talent pool matures. I will give you a wave as Kraftwerk drive the Autobahn to CT while you are going in the opposite direction

Interested to see how you build your team with the restrictions you have given yourself, especially with several of the riders that won you the promotion on the chopping-block.

Some very strong talents added to the project. While Glivar looks strong, getting Graat at 50k is a great deal!

Our next bunch of arrivals and signings is here!
Be aware that the shown development is just one of many oportunities.
 Lucas Lopes - 22 Years - 50.000
| Level | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | | 1.00 | 60 | 69 | 69 | 69 | 55 | 70 | 69 | 69 | 53 | 56 | 66 | 71 | 69 | 55 | | 4.100 | 61 | 77 | 75 | 72 | 55 | 76 | 76 | 73 | 53 | 56 | 70 | 76 | 77 | 55 |
The young portuguese joins us for his first season. His skillset is clear, he will be going for results in the high mountains and will also be a great support their for our leaders.
 Romain Gregoire - 22 Years - 880.000
| Level | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | | 1.00 | 69 | 66 | 68 | 70 | 61 | 70 | 71 | 67 | 65 | 66 | 71 | 68 | 72 | 57 | | 4.100 | 73 | 70 | 76 | 82 | 64 | 79 | 75 | 71 | 65 | 69 | 79 | 75 | 75 | 60 |
He arrived! Our top priority and thanks to kinda surprising promotion we had the chance to sign him. The negotiations werent easy and and took a while but in the end we could convince him from our project and he happily joined us. His future looks bright!
 Steff Cras - 29 Years - 170.000
| Level | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | | 4.100 | 68 | 78 | 75 | 72 | 73 | 78 | 77 | 77 | 58 | 60 | 67 | 61 | 67 | 70 | 29 |
Steff Cras joins us after a deal with our friends from Fastned. In exchange Vanhoucke and Guerreiro will join them. What may sound like a great deal for them and not for us is also one for us. As we talked with Cras we heard he feels better than ever when climbing so we assume he may have invested a lot of Training time there this offseason. We look forward to his arrival and he will be our clear leader!
