[NEW] MG Transfer Portal - Guide Document

As has already been communicated, bidding for FAs and Stagiares will take place on a separate transfer portal the 2025 MG season. The link to this portal will be shared along with the transfer rules. For now, here is the guide document which details out the features of the portal and how it is expected to work during transfers. Please feel free to ask any further questions in this thread.

Looks amazing!
Do I spot correctly that there will be no way to see WHEN teams made their bids in the offer history?
In the past, that has been a potentially useful bit of information to gauge how important a rider was to them (immediate overbid vs waiting for 40 hours).

First of all, I'd say good job! The web app looks simple and clear, so hopefully every manager will be able to use it.
Secondly, I support cio's request. And I guess it should be fairly easy to add the timestamp of the bids to the history popup - that would be my hope at least 
In terms of feature request, I'd love to have a filter that allows you to see only riders with or without an offer. Depending on how sorting by time works, that could be an option as well, if it orders by remaining time, then the closed FAs, and only then the ones without any offer.
Or, alternatively, a CSV export function, so we can load the whole data into an excel sheet and use our own filters.
Finally, a question concerning stagiaires; will the minimum bid placeholder text be lowerded to 10k for qualifying riders once stagiaire bidding starts, or will there be a separate functionality for this? Guess that's pretty much the only thing I'm currently missing in the guide, otherwise great job on that as well!
Still not a fan of moving this to an external application, but with the current forum state, it's the right thing to do. And I think that it's well done, thanks!

My old ass is instead lamenting that we will no longer have the thrill of searching up a random domestique 6 days in and realizing nobody seemed to put a bid on him. Too much information.

Yeah I agree, finding a decent rider that’s been missed a week in is one of my favourite things, would be a shame that going through the db would be pointless at that stage.

Agree, that's why I'd simply add a filter for riders with an offer - I mean, that's exactly what you have on the forum: riders with a thread have an offer, riders without a thread don't. And then you have to update your DB as you previously did. But as I said, if ordering by remaining time somehow gives you that, I can live with it.
And yeah, I'm one of those silly managers (whereof there are quite some, I guess) who keep their DB up-to-date with FA bids and deals, and I don't think the new tool will change that

Updates on questions:
1. Sorting ascending on time will bring all the 'Closed' riders on top and then start with the smallest time left to confirm. Sorting descending will bring the riders with the most time left from confirmation on top and the closed riders at the end (there is no separate ascending and descending option, you need to click it more than once).
2. At the moment, it is no longer possible to add a timestamp to the bid history, mostly because we dont want to risk making an enhancement and possibly breaking the whole thing at this late stage. Will be taken up for next season if we stick to this portal.
3. Riders eligible as Stags will have their min offer prompt change to 10k once the stagiare bidding window opens. It is already programmed to work like that.

About the Watchlist:
Its a Watchlist for your main ineterests and not a Watchlist for putting up any rider So this is limited to max 20 riders.
Saying this because i can already imagine the comments "my watchlist is broken i cant put any there anymore "  Keep it tidy and clean

When you got access to the Portal and Logged in please check If you are linked to your team!
You can see this easily:
- Dashboard > Dashboard - "Your Team Name"
- Top Right Menubar, behind your username > "Username" - "Team Name"
It should be for all Managers but sicne i had to set this link up manually it could be someone is missing or there is a mistake (wrong team, if the Spelling is a bit different it doesnt matter).
If you find a problem with your Team link send me a PM here or even quicker it would be to do it on Discord.
Also again, the address is mg-transfers.ezeefreak.com , but only reachable on HTTP not HTTPS, if you try it with HTTPS you will get an error.

It seems the hoster has decided to work on the infrastructure just when people here started to getting access. This may can take some hours.
To prevent stupid stuff from happening i will turn of my server for some hours and reactivate it when it seems good again.
I will give a message when i switched it on again.

Also, is the post above from Ezee enough to bypass the rule
