2024 Transfer Timeline

The key dates for the upcoming transfers (at least planning it like this). All times are in BST (British time).
Transfer DB and Rules are posted asap beforehand.
Different to last years, it can`t be happening on a Friday-Sunday as start as this would delay it at least for another month.

Unresolved free agent bids will go to a silent auction
Deadline for Transfer Sheets (unless in silent auction)
Noting that for the first few days.

If you will be unable to use the site for a portion of the above dates, please inform roturn and the ManGame-Admin account, so we might be able to perform transfer actions for you, if you provide sufficient instructions.
Timings will be adjusted should the forum experience any downtime during this period.
And last but not least again. No guarantee it really starts with that time line. If there is a delay, it will be postponed.

I don't really understand the part about band choices, given that in the respective threads it was stated that the deadline was August 15th. The threads said that the teams not respecting the deadline will be assigned random bands. So I don't know whether that's just C&P from previous years, or if the "menace" of random bands wasn't really serious.
But anyway, good to know that we'll start transfers soon!

To be fair, all teams have sent in bands already and results will be announced next.
Some old copy/paste leftover coming from a very final shout back then as otherwise transfers couldn`t be started by those managers. |

Would be nice to have transfers close Saturday or Sunday since a bunch of us in other time zones lost the majority of this past Sunday to site closures. Obviously understand if that's not possible but would be helpful.

Therefore the bidding deadlines already were put 48h back instead of 36h from the downtime to give non Europeans another daytime opportunity.
Still 3 days basically. Not sure it needs more than this as most managers look to be rather finished already anyway. |

4 CT managers are still missing. Deadline not reached yet, but it`s just a couple hours left to do so or you miss out on the draft and will pick afterwards, not necessarily get your prio riders if they are drafted by others already. |

I assume transfer dates aren't set in stone yet. As you can see this timeline came around a week before transfers last year.
