Block 6 results
We started off in France, where Fredheim, another one of those undrafted Uno-X sprinters, won. The remaining podium spots went to the Penhoet and Jeanniere for the Pacifiers, scoring them very important points.
Thibau Nys did not need much prep, as he won the first race of his season, the GP Indurain. Some nice additional points for the Comrades in their comeback race. Some undrafted guy I never heard of got second place, while Bagioli got 3rd. Unfortunately this was the highlight for the Mariners in this block.
The Volta Limburg classic went to Dion Smith, who was drafted a few times before in this game, but not this year. In fact, non of the podium got guessed, making this a very low scoring race.
Then the main course, Ronde Van Vlaanderen. An insane amount of points was scored here, including all 180 assist points for Pogacar (it was an impressive squad though). But as you'll see in the rankings, quantity beat quality here.
The new leaders are *drumroll* the Pacifiers! They really needed those Adélie de Vitré points to compensate for a mediocre Ronde, giving them a small 8 point gap to the L, who only scored in the Ronde this block.
In 3rd place, and only 34 points behind are the Comrades, the big winners of this block. Despite a slow start in the game, they are now fighting for the title. There's a bit gap to the Hornets after them, but can we really rule a team that has Pogacar out?
Who are out, are the Mariners. With Laporte literaly missing all the classics and Mohoric all but missing the classics, they can't keep up the scoring in the big races. The Racoons are rapidly approaching them after another good block.
The Inspectors are still 7th, despite a very bad block. It just seems the teams behind them aren't scoring much better, as the Fearless keep the status quo. The Bonkers default team did defeat the Ice Tulips default team to gain two spots in the rankings, jumping over the once again pointless Turuls.
The Spokes made some big progress this block and look ready to attack the top 10. Very poor scoring from the GTP's sees the Cobblers close the gap in the fight to avoid last place.

Yeah, another really bad block. Completely messed up my draft. I thought Morgado would become a good cobbler, but at least he gets some teammate points. Most disappointing so far - by far - Mozzato, who had a really good spring last year and is completely awful this year. From 2nd to 111th in Ronde, guess I don't need to understand that... Hopefully Pidcock will rock the Ardennes at least ^^

The crashes and injuries are really catching up to us, I fear we won't be in contention for the title much longer. Hopefully we can finish on the podium, but team Tadej will definitely score a lot still
