Everyone will receive statgains PM from jandal by the end of this month, maybe sooner. Deadline will be end of April. That should be enough of the season done to understand what your riders' strengths and weaknesses are.
The DB with updated OVL formulas will be posted in the next few days, with enough time to refer to it for statgains.
In case of any changes to the above, will post again here.

Sorry if I missed that part, but how was MM determined for existing riders?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

MM is a fixed formula of (MO+HI)/2 for all riders, new and old. MM will not have any training paths as of now. This may be revised in the future, but definitely not for 2025 season.

Stat Gains PMs should all be sent out - apologies for the delay in getting that done. Please let me know if you didn't receive one when you were expecting to or if anything in the PM is wrong - I already definitely screwed up two and had to fix so it will happen - or you're not sure if the XP gains are right

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

I may have missed it or just can't remember. What is the points scale for the ToA? Is it HC or c1?

Keep in mind that while the Tour of America is C1 rated, it will be given HC point scale!
This is the official information, which is in the C1/C2 race selection thread.
Maybe it could be included in the Calendar & Goals thread next year as well, as this information could be relevant there, too.

As of yesterday, 36 managers had sent in their statgains. Given the importance of this task, extending the deadline to Sunday, 11th May. Would request all managers to complete the task by then. There will be no further extensions.

As of this morning, there are ten managers (including possible disbands) still to do statgains. Please send in your choices before the deadline on 11th.
The penalty for missing the deadline could either be your rider losing a year, where they gain a year but are not leveled up, or they can even be leveled up without any gains! This is still to be decided.

I got a reminder PM yesterday (just when I was about to submit them anyway), so I guess if you haven't received one, you should be safe

Deadline is in 2 days.
If you didn't get a reminder PM from jandal in the last week, you are good!

Deadline is tomorrow. The following six teams are still to do their statgains:
Indosat
Ethiopian Airlines
Lidl
Puma
Babymetal
Manada
There will be no further extensions. For teams failing to meet the deadline, talents will gain a year but will not be leveled up or get statgains, so basically delaying a year of development. Reminder PMs were sent out earlier this week by jandal.
