18th is not the debut we hoped for from Halvorsen.
Congratulations hoekie and thank you for the report, Ulrich

Still no top 3 favorite sprinter to win a flat stage if I'm not mistaken.
It's as gamebreaking as last season unfortunately

A great start from Jakobsen in the sprint lottery to take 2nd as the best PT sprinter. Certainly gives me some hope for the result at the end. Feel a bit for some of the top sprinters but always a bit of a "you win some, you lose some" scenario.

Except for the "you win some" scenario, which doesn't really happen for top sprinters anymore...

Well, we continue our just-outside-the-Top10 stage results. Kaden didn't do much wrong here - picking Kanter's wheel would be a great choice on many other occasions, but not today. But looking at some of the guys behind him, we really can't complain. And with Aniolkowski winning the stage, on one hand that's many points going to PCT, and on the other hand Groves with pretty much the same stats could be able to do the same at some point.
Congrats to P4E, and commiserations to the top sprinter teams - sadly a recurring pattern...

Not a bad start for AKA to get some bonus seconds he was a bit too far back to sweep forward completely at the end, but it still is a solid result in a crazy field. Need more bonuses though to keep pace as the stages go.

Oof, AKA not even sprinting. Sucks.
Crazy that a leadout man comes second in the most competitive sprinter field imaginable. Congrats to Moser. Those kind of results are bizarre but I guess help make up for when top sprinters like Gaviria underperform elsewhere.

Though Stage 1 was bad with the poor positioning but good speed only leading to low Top 10, but then Stage 2 absolutely terrible with even worse position and never even looked like an outside Top 10 bet. Impressed he even came 16th from there. Not a good start to our season at all and especially disappointing 3 times in different ways from Mannine
