And that is team mostly completed. There will be some minor changes such as loans, definitely some fairly big changes such as training, but for the most part the top names on the team will remain the top names.
You've got much regional depth there, but will Vesely / Rojus in the sprints, Kmieliauskas / Beniusis in TTs and Kwiatkoski / Sagan in hilly races be enough to stay out of the relegation fight? Could highly depend on the two veteran puncheurs performing better than last season with Binance.

We have also brought in Arnaud de Lie on loan from Aker. An absolute wonderkid, future superstar. There's only one place for those type of riders to hone their skills, and that is Žalgiris. Joining dozens of current superstars to have passed through our Academy.

As part of neverending rollercoaster that is Žalgiris transfer window, Bakhtiyar Kozhatayev, Mihkel Raim, Andrei Sakalou and Pauls Rubenis have left the team. Gal Glivar and Kristians Belohvosciks have also been loaned out.
With the blessing and overwhelming support from Indonesian government, who were delighted that we managed to get Indonesian riders to the highest tier of cycling, riding for Jura, we brought back Big Giorgi. Not the best move in terms of points and team building for this year, as we are not going to any C1 cobble races (I think), but it's a great building block for next year, and a great candidate for training.

Well, I do have the luxury of having a star Lithuanian, so there isn't a necessity to make one, I can make two better role riders instead !! However If I did feel like the team could make the very realistic push for promotion, would've gone with 81 instead. Top 10 would be nice, I haven't had any money from goals or standings at all in PCT.
Got to respect the decision to go local and immediately have this nice team. A mix of stronger old dogs, nice talent such as Mikutis and also strong newly trained riders such as Beniusis. If everything really goes your way and you have that Los Pollos amount of luck, promotion could be a thing.

Hard to take anything happened in PT into account, especially since they're both different riders this year. Also most of their RDs will be spent separately, there are a few races where I've sent them both to, but with such a heavy hill calendar (for me) I've had enough races to spread them out
