It`s around 17:30 BST right now, which means it`s just 2 hours and +- 30 min until the transfer season starts at 20:00 BST!
This thread here is to discuss whatever is going on in the transfers, though as a reminder, it`s needed to stay inside the rules, which in especially goes for pointing out any deals/bids etc.
Also clear rule breaking shouldn`t be posted here but ideally being mentioned to the MG admins directly via PM.
For now, this thread is the only part of the transfers subforum you are allowed to post in and discuss while obviously staying inside the rules.
Once transfers start, you can start with advertising your riders/team in the advert subforum as also start to bid on FAs in the FA subforum, while deals and loans need to wait another bit as the timeline shows you.
Good luck to everyone. Don't forget to read the rules if you haven't yet

I am pretty sure up to 8 managers haven't read the rules yet.
Make sure to do so. |

Is there any workaround to see the latest posts of another manager?

I mean, I think it's actually more interesting that it's harder to track other people's bids so it's harder to figure out where they are in terms of budget left.
On the other hand it's hard to keep track of your own threads as well. Good thing I don't plan on being active in many

Yeah I definitely get that point, just when trying to be a decent admin, it's easier to have that option

3rd year in a row that I'll tell myself that transferts are really to intense for me ;D

Will be very interesting to see the first indications of strategy and big moves in a couple of hours. I can't really say my stategy is surprising, but I imagine some very big and intruiging things are underway

For own threads, just use the track thread option. Working pretty well for those.
For others, no easy workaround unfortunately. |

I'd also recommend the 'My Threads' option on the homepage. However, this only works with threads that were created by the user. If a manager takes part in a bid for a rider whose starting bid was made by someone else, then thread tracking is the preferred option
EDIT: 'My Recent Posts' is also in handy to check for riders a manager has bid on

65 minutes until the carnage commences going to be fun to see what people have cooked up over the last few days.

If your team isn't 100% Greek/Cypriot by the end of transfers I'll be surprised

It would surprise me if it was tbh. I need something to deal with next season. Having just one rider isn’t fun really :-)
But it would be great to promote and then sell a bunch of riders, get the remaining greek/cypriots, train some guys and go all out :-D

Everyone's going to be shocked when they see Taylor Phinney, Biniam Girmay & Bryan Coquard all transfer to Podium Ambition.
