It should be a fun team to follow and without seeing the others a good contender for promotion

A great young-ish trio of stage racers, Matti, Marlen and more. What's not to like?

This should be really easy walk to PT probably if there won't be any surprises.

Great squad here, even if your plan A failed you are more than safe for promotion unless you mess up planning royally!

Time for something new. Except for a measly 100k Zepuntke training, we never had the funds to actually do some decent training on one of our riders. With a talented youngster as Higuita coming in, we felt like it was needed to change this. Although our initial PCT plans included a possible 83 training on Zmorka, we are thrilled to be able to bring Higuita to the next level. With his time trialing capacities and the importance of time trialing for stage racers, we felt like mountain training might not be the best choice. Instead, lacking a puncheur leader with Wilco leaving us for Colombini, we opted to send him to a tough puncheur training camp. Although with his nationality you could say he is a Mini-MAL, looking at his stats it would be even better to call him a Mini-Areruya. Now we should have an okay leader at every terrain as well. A tactic that failed to work for us in PT, let's see what it brings in PCT. With the likes of the real Areruya, Beltran, Benoot and other climby puncheurs, Higuita will immediately face some tough competition in his first season as a puncheur leader. Let's hope for the best.

Ouch... I wanted to say you might be a little weak on the hills after Wilco's departure - but you more than fixed that one Higuita is a mighty scary rider now, not looking forward to racing against him. But given that we're skipping the more hybrid races he should be a huge threat for now, I do have some hopes that he won't be too much of a pain for us this year

Higuita will be a force to be reckoned with on the hills (and some mountains!) this season. Love that training for him

I had this exact training in mind for Higuita when I wanted to pick him up, but I couldnt find the funds anywhere once I got the budget. He is an absolute menace at this statline.

I don't like that one at all.
Think that makes you a shoe-in for promotion as you've now majorly upgraded on hills and have every terrain very well covered.

Nice to see that Higuita training! Probably would have switched the MO/HI for now, but I definately think he's a brilliant rider now. Something similar next season and he's world class

Glad I could make (some of you) happy with the Higuita training To be fair I don't see myself training his mountain stat in the near future, think I'd prefer building on his hill and perhaps a better spr/acc

Thanks to Fabianski we're able to publish our calendar quite easily. Below you can find the races LPH will be attending this season. Soon we'll give an overview of our leader's schedules.
As you can already see, May should be quite a boring month for us. For our C2 races we picked three flat classics and the Mexican team time trial. We don't have a team that could do particularly well there, but we simply had to go to our C2 home race. Except for Lugano I think we picked all C1 classics, as I believe we should have chances to do well everywhere (although the hilly cobbles should probably prove to be too much for Zepuntke). We should have a decent TTT, but still decided to skip the stage races with ttt's in them. It might not make sense to you, but that's the Los Pollos way.

That's an awful lot of clashes with Orluis, Sergio, Marlen & Jasha, Ruben, or Matti Guess it just means you've got a strong team that could/should do well on any terrain, so I don't like to face them anywhere

I don't like those schedules
And you may not like mine, either - guess there's still not enough (T)TTs in PCT to avoid each other
