Well, Fiat made a pretty fast ManGame comeback by bringing Alfa Romeo in
Hopefully you'll have some better luck this year, I still think your team underperformed last year (maybe also due to some non-optimal planning?). All the best for 2023, and good luck for the fight for Italian riders, with the region getting pretty crowded this year

Looking forward to what you can do with a year's experience under your belt, I'm sure a lot of learning done. Would be amazing to see a third Kiwi team in the PCT in 2024 or 2025

I'm sure you'll improve in your 2nd season and I might be able to help you increase your Kiwi count

I think you're probably one of the favourites for promotion, given you were the third best CT team of those who'll stay in the division and there are only three PCT teams coming down But seriously: Given the learning effects after one year in the game you should certainly be able to improve this season and show your beautiiful jersey even more.

Don't think your first season was that bad, but let's hope this one is even better indeed Good luck during transfers, and maybe we'll race in the same division next season.

Before the transfer period started, our sponsors gave out contracts to most of our riders. Nolf being the sole rider not to enter a new contract, we will see what happens on the transfer market.
The first signing has been made and it's a big one! Zariff joins the team!

Zariff is a good signing indeed, glad I don't have a pure sprinter so I won't have to compete against him.

Zariff could do a whole lot of damage in CT, could turn out to be a really great signing! Looking forward to what else you're going to present (if there's much left after renewing most riders, that is ).

Will be watching Zariff closely and seeing if i made the right call to walk away from the deal. Fingers crossed he goes well for you after a sizable spend to bring him in.

Hopefully you can find a suitable lead out for Zariff to get the best out of him as I could see him getting a train quite often in CT.
I'll definitely be rooting for his success

Very disappointing season in the end. Didn't get any results we wanted and also very unlucky. We go again next year with a rebuild! |

In the end only 37 points for Zariff Didn't expect that at all.
Chin up mate! And all the best for the offseason.

Appreciate you keeping your sense of humor in what was a very tough season.
Zariff really bad, unfortunately I think his low flat and resistance make him particularly vulnerable to the sprint collapse phenomenon. But still an ugly performance Fabbro also seems like he should produce more.
Gaze is a fun rider, didn't realized hew wasn't maxed, I think he will need one more year still but maxed he should be a wild card for flat and easier cobble races.
Good luck with the offseason

Really unfortunate that your leaders just couldn't seem to get it together in what ended up being a very competitive Continental Tour. A major reset is on the cards, but all that means is an opportunity to apply the lessons we learn from our failures. Here's hoping that the lads do the mahi for you next season.

Haven't followed the CT cobbles season too closely, but getting just 20 points combined from Insausti and Naesen is wild (though I guess Skala made up for some of that). Sucks to see our former leader Naesen fall off that much after doing good things for us. Zariff a big disappointment as well. I think you still have a solid base from which to continue your journey and I'm sure you'll take a good step forward next year. Good luck!

We we know whether Zariff or O'Connor/Canty was the right call.... but it's not nice to watch a team just repeatedly misfire. I really thought you'd be a top end taem this year. But lessons leared and i hope you come back fighting next time around!
