-16, hell yeah!
As some feedback, not really a fan of the Low & Hi-Low. Prefer the simplicity of old-school IWS myself. Especially as the normal score is the one that counts in the end to determine a winner.
As some positive feedback, overall nice set of questions. The current Tour round just need to have a fixed date of validity for answers that was the date of posting, not the date you submitted. Did a good job finding questions that could facilitate both high and low, and the motorsport round especially pleased me.

Hopefully I'll be at least close to the level of Kandes as host, I have to say I really enjoyed rounds, and his prsentation had a good flow to follow.
To make it easier I will use same rules from the last round, that you cand find at first post of this thread. Now to the action!

Pretty sure yeah, it's about basically the year where current WCs were too young to be in the database

Answers were very spread, with a max result of 2 for both high and low round. Unfortunately I can't consider valid alexkr00 answer for low round as it's quite obvious that both reignant world champions are present in the latest game.

Another question with very low impact over the ranking, with again a max result of 2 for Lance Neilstrung, the only rider named more than once in both high and low round. Here, two players ruled themselves out of competition for lack of knowledge about unlicensed riders, which means I'm forced to give a 0 High and 5 Low penals, I'm sorry...

La Classicissima is the race at the top of races were people don't feel the real pro experience, followed by Strade Bianche that would have been my guess (surprised I didn't see San Sebastian too)
For the low round there were some artistical safe calls. 
Just the greatest race of the calendar took two points.

FL was the best way to get points of the whole round with a 5, the new MM is the only other skill named twice.
In the low round three skills gave double points, while jandal7 got an invalidation with an enigmatic "4th sprinter effect".

For this round I merged various ways to define same specialization into one category to have a decent result (took as valid an answer at the limit "rwandan cobbler" )
Stage Racer is unsurprisingly at the top for the High answers, where contrarly as expetations also fighter get an high score with 3, over sprinter (2) and climber (1).
In the low round no big loss of points for the worst answers (max 2), for a balnced stack of outputs.

Overall
Milano-Sanremo + FL + Stage Racer was the needful combo for an high placement. No one got the perfect round, with cunego59 taking the lead missing it for a mere point, Q2 abstention costed at least the co-lead to Imladrik who sit in the second place. SportingNonsense grab the last place on the podium with a good round but missing the magic combo.
Low ranking looks quite packed with Nemolito taking the lead for just one point over 3 players. At the bottom (but not so distant) the ones who got an invalid answer.
Cunego59 is also the best in the Hi-Lo rank, with a bit of margin to Nemolito and Imladrik. The randomness of the round is evidenced by very low scores for others, with zero and negative ones.

Ah, got it now.
I thought you meant a game which didn't have the WC at that time in it. I obviously knew PCM23 wouldn't be correct but I didn't know what it would be either, given how I interpreted the question

Really liking the questions for this round, love those with a relatively small answer set.
PCM round went ok. I'll take a combined 0 points
@Alex - Hey, you got 2 points from not understanding because i was being clever and saying PCM23 doesn't have women's cycling so therefore doesn't have the Womens WC's So you are correct, just claim you're a fan of womens cycling like me!
