Futte was born and raised in Moshi, Tanzania by a loving family. Mom took care of the family while dad helped tourists trek Kilimanjaro. When Futte became a teenager, he saw the opportunity to earn some money and started looking for jobs. As a small guy he couldn't really carry big bags up a mountain. However, tourists also loved to bike up, down, and around the biggest mountain of Africa. Thus, Futte found his passion - to ride up mountains.
Having stacked up a decent amount of cash from helping tourists navigate Kilimanjaro on bike, Futte decided to apply for British citizenship, and moved to the outskirts of London just before his 19th birthday. England might not be the best country to pursue a career as professional cyclist for a small climber like him, but as Tanzania is a part of the Commonwealth it was easier to get all the paperwork done. Let's see what the future holds for our young prodigy. |

Riders aged 24 and above are eligible only. I changed the rules a bit to allow every rider who has not changed specializations already, to do so. You are allowed to only change specializations twice in your career, with a gap of at least two full seasons with the new specialization.
The following riders are eligible for a specialization change if they so wish:

Mao grew up in the mountain regions of China, where he won a bike at a school competition. Ever since he's been training hard from a young age, what lead to him being a small lad with a big motor. Growing up in the mountains made him a decent climber aswell.
After being scouted by the big guns, he won the Chinese and Asian U18's. Now, he's ready to make the step up. |

- Download the file from the above location.
- Please ignore the 'Spec Change' sheet (only relevant for Hillestad)
- Enter your Rider's ID in cell C3 of the 'Progression' sheet. The cells originally marked #N/A will populate. You can look up rider IDs in the 'Custom Riders DB' sheet.
- Cell F9 shows how many statpoints you can further allocate to your rider.
- F4-R4 shows your rider's current stats. F5-R5 shows the increase allowed for each stat.
- Enter the increase in statpoints (not actual stats) that you want against each stat in F6-R6. It cannot be higher than what is mentioned in the corresponding cell above (F5-R5).
- F7-R7 will show the increased stats.
- If you are satisfied, copy cells F6-R6 and send it to me in a table via PM.
- Please do not make any other changes to the file.
In case of any questions, please ask here or PM me. Hoping to have this done in the next 10-12 days or so.
DEADLINE: Friday, 4th August.
