Sincere apology for lack of content for the last few months. Our lives got caught up to all of our three and we barely could find time for anything.
But, that's done for now. What I mean by that is we will finish main season within short period of time. So don't forget about ICL. ICL never forgot about you! |

Thanks for posting those races
Sprint challenge was clearly less successful than last year, where Zabel had a great day and advanced at least twice. Now he's out in R1, definitely painful. Edu Gonzalez did a decent job, that group in R32 was just way too much for him to stand a chance. Maybe some better luck with the draw next year
Avenir was another big disappointment by Ollero, except for the prologue - but otherwise it was a pretty good race for us Cruz did a great job in the sprints, just bad for him that there wasn't one more sprint stage where he could've won the green jersey. Taking 2nd place twice is great, though, although being the first loser obviously is uncool.
And fortunately, UrÃzar stepped up as our GC guy, and he did an awesome job! He needed some time to find his best climbing legs, but then going all the way to fourth in the GC is by far the most notable result he's ever achieved!
Congrats to Ortega, though, just a dominant win.

No need to apologise, glad things have calmed down, happy to wait. Thanks for posting the results.
Sprint challenge was a bust and our U23 are too young to compete, congrats to the winners.
Off Topic @Shonak how did it go in Paris?

No need to apologize indeed. Nice second place for Lecomte in the prestigious Avenir.

Good result from Guradini in the sprint challenge to finish 5th A couple of decent stages from Richter and Cotabarria in Avenir but overall we were never really in contention.
Thanks for the reports

Thank you, dominox!
Group of death for Howard, but good performance by Wagner. Nice to see Bouhanni win, he had a terrible season so far, I think he doubled his points total with this win.
Bailey Jansen 5th in Avenir, finally a good result from this climber with his ridiculously low energy stats. Impressive stage win for Carter, shame he missed the time cut on the last stage and thus the points from the points classification.

Not the best way to come back, but we did alright. I can't believe I decided to skip Avenir

Fantastic performance by Ortega to make it a team double of Aosta Valley and Avenir for Aurum this year. Thanks for taking over the reporting duties dominox, much appreciated!
@D2B: I posted a short recap of the race in the runners thread https://pcmdaily....st_1433478

Sagan 4th in Richmond, beaten by Komisarek yet again. Good enough to win the cobbles World Cup, though. 15th in Qinghai is a good result for neo-pro Fritsch.

Juris Eisaks comes good for Renault in Richmond. Great to see he has a win in him on a good day.

Finally taking the time to comment here, sorry for being rather inactive...
Québec was OK for us, with Huamán showing that he's already a Top 10 rider at this level, but lacking another step of development to really be competitve. Romero MartÃnez getting a Top 20 is a nice depth addition, too.
But the highlight of the GP Cyclistes obviously was in Montréal! Zabel was really showing off his punch there, taking a dominant win by the looks of it - our very first classic win ever iirc! So his hills-heavy training wasn't completely wrong, even though it cost us some RDs. Great job by our top sprinter, and this time it's Huamán who adds a depth result on top of this. Truly a day to remember - and although the race wasn't quite in Latin America, it's still on the American double-continent

Viriginia Chrono Tour was always our race, not anymore though nice to have won the TTT though, even if I'm not sure Mohoric was worth the race days here.

Not sure why I selected those riders to go to the Chrono Tour. At least we weren't last in the TTT!

11th is by far the best result ever for our team in Virginia. Had hoped for a little more, but Flakemore just isn't in top form this season.

Ultimately a good performance by Mullen in Virginia with the stage win bringing him up to the podium. Looked a bit hairy before that.

Wow crazy close race for another CT crown, will go down to the wire. Hope we get it but it's been a great battle all year and either team would fully deserve it
Shame the CT teams have failed so hard in the WT this year and unfortunately looks like we are going to be forced to promote and waste another year relegating
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

14th in both the WT and the U23 standings. We seem to be stuck in lower mid in the WT no matter what team we have. At least we're not relegating U23 team was always going to have a rough season after last time when we did really well.
