Time for my two cents on the new batch of German youngsters!
(I used pot5 for them all to keep things simple, and apologies if the links are tough to spot)
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | | Hessmann | Michel | 69 | 67 | 68 | 70 | 69 | 70 | 65 | 67 | 66 | 67 | 69 | 69 | 70 | GER | EU | 1 | 0 | 6 | 4 | 2001 | 22 | 5 | | | Stage Race | 72 | 76 | 73 | 77 | 76 | 75 | 72 | 67 | 66 | 68 | 70 | 70 | 77 | | | | | | | | | | | Time Trial | 76 | 68 | 71 | 79 | 74 | 77 | 70 | 67 | 66 | 67 | 74 | 70 | 79 | | | | | | Fabian | 76 | 67 | 69 | 77 | 76 | 75 | 68 | 75 | 66 | 68 | 70 | 70 | 77 | |
Michel Hessmann is a big boy, but that didn't stop him from finishing an impressive third in last year's Avenir, only behind Uijtdebroeks and Staune-Mittet.
Being a diesel climber is only half of his skillset though, as he has been fifth and eighth respectively in the past two U23 WC ITTs. Up until last year's Avenir, his TT was certainly what he was known for the most.
Rounding out his versatility are a decent enough punch to finish 41st last week in Liège, and when a stage win from a flat group sprint was on the line in Avenir, he managed fourth in some very punchy company.
With the decline of Kittel and Nerz underway, and the decline of Sütterlin and Arndt on the horizon, Hessmann can fill both the need for decent German climbers and time trialists at the same time.
In the mold of Kämna, he has those two obvious paths ahead, while his great engine should also enable him to delve into some cobble skills if needed.
Compared to Lennard, I'd give Hessmann slightly more FL and HIL while tuning down his MO and TT a bit to compensate, if he goes stage racer of course (PRL could be lowered slightly to disincentivize the TT path if needed).
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | | Steinhauser | Georg | 67 | 67 | 68 | 66 | 67 | 68 | 65 | 60 | 63 | 65 | 66 | 67 | 70 | GER | EU | 1 | 0 | 21 | 10 | 2001 | 22 | 5 | | | Stage Race | 70 | 76 | 73 | 73 | 74 | 73 | 72 | 60 | 63 | 66 | 67 | 68 | 77 | | | | | | | | | | | Time Trial | 74 | 68 | 71 | 75 | 72 | 75 | 72 | 60 | 63 | 65 | 71 | 68 | 79 | | | | | | Climber1 | 68 | 76 | 76 | 67 | 70 | 72 | 72 | 60 | 63 | 72 | 74 | 68 | 71 |
Son of ex-pro Tobias Steinhauser and thus nephew of legendary Jan Ullrich, Georg Steinhauser has found a home in the WT as well with some decent climbing performances.
Lately, he finished second from the winning break in Tour of the Alps alongside experienced Italian Fabbro, helped EF beat INEOS, Bahrain and Jayco in the UAE TTT, and finished 22nd overall in that race to boot.
Possibly his most intriguing ride, however short it might've been, was an 8th place in the Romandie prologue last season.
Steinhauser is a good climber and seems a decent addition to a TTT squad with fine interval power that can translate to a very good PRL stat, with UAE, Romandie and an Avenir TTT win backing that up.
He isn't known for good sprints however, so he shouldn't surpass mediocre SP/ACC stats if developed as a pure climber, while as I said, decent enough TT prowess seems to be present to warrant a stage racer or even pure TT training if preferred.
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | | Ballerstedt | Maurice | 69 | 62 | 67 | 66 | 67 | 67 | 62 | 66 | 66 | 69 | 70 | 66 | 69 | GER | EU | 1 | 0 | 16 | 1 | 2001 | 22 | 5 | | | Fgh(SPlv1) | 77 | 65 | 70 | 69 | 72 | 71 | 67 | 70 | 71 | 76 | 77 | 69 | 72 | | | | | | | | | | | Sprint | 76 | 63 | 68 | 66 | 74 | 70 | 67 | 71 | 75 | 76 | 70 | 67 | 69 | | | | | | Fabian | 76 | 62 | 68 | 73 | 74 | 72 | 65 | 74 | 66 | 70 | 71 | 67 | 76 | | | | | | | | | | | Time Trial | 76 | 63 | 70 | 75 | 72 | 74 | 69 | 66 | 66 | 69 | 75 | 67 | 78 | |
Maurice Ballerstedt is a good young rouleur for Alpecin and the current U23 national ITT champion while just about making the Top 10 in the European champs ITT too.
I would definitely put that down to his general engine rather than aerodynamics though, as his main expertise are tough classics.
Pairing his ITT success with another Top 10 at the rather hilly European RR champs, he has already shown Top 20 potential in several classics despite having to compete in an extremely deep team for those races.
He also can sprint a bit on .2 level as well as WT level and also has a solo win in his palmares.
Ballerstedt should be a prime candidate for fighter training to give him the ability to survive selective races or aim for breakaway success. Some sprinting ability means he could also aim for leadout duties.
He is a decent time trialist, but I would rather keep his TT low and up his PRL instead to fit the mold of what classics engines like Kristoff can do IRL.
Similar to Steinhauser, this could open up the possibility of TT training to get a ticket in the prologue lottery.
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | | Wilksch | Hannes | 65 | 67 | 66 | 63 | 66 | 67 | 65 | 60 | 62 | 63 | 67 | 67 | 63 | GER | EU | 1 | 0 | 30 | 10 | 2001 | 22 | 5 | | | Climber1 | 66 | 76 | 74 | 64 | 69 | 70 | 72 | 60 | 62 | 70 | 75 | 68 | 64 | | | | | | | | | | | Stage Races | 68 | 76 | 71 | 70 | 73 | 72 | 72 | 60 | 62 | 64 | 68 | 68 | 70 | |
Hannes Wilksch has surprisingly not made the step up to DSM after three years in their devo team, and even opted to stay in the U23s for a fourth year with the Tudor junior team.
His results certainly would've warranted a shot at WT level, with a solid 7th place in last year's Avenir ahead of Tibopino 2.0/Bardet 3.0/Voeckler 4.0 Lenny Martinez while fully riding in support of aforementioned Hessmann, and the same exact position in the Baby Giro.
He also won the KoM jersey at 2.1 level Tour de l'Ain in between those races.
Wilksch has a mediocre TT (20th at Worlds, 3rd in nationals) so stage race training shouldn't yield overly desirable results, so a pure climber training should see him reach solid PT domestique / PCT superdomestique / occasional CT leader levels.
There's no sign of a significant punch in him, so his ACC can remain low, and paired with meh secondaries, I think the 76mo region is a fair aim for him as well.
Overall, this would see a climber-centric group this year for Germany, which I think can be acceptable considering only five riders will be <31yo and >74mo by the time the new additions max out, with only Brenner and Herzog destined to potentially joining them in the coming 4 years and plenty of older riders declining already or soon.
Kämna and Hessmann would make for a pretty overlapping venn diagram, but would have to cover for all of Nerz+Arndt+Keinath+Vasyliv+Bartl+Koch after all.

For some reasons I’ll focus on French talents (additional to the already mentioned Vauquelin and Page)
Paul Penhoet
Paul Penhoet rides on WT level since last August as part of Groupama - FDJs youth gang. He has collected some wins and podiums in 2.2 races in France. Given that the big French sprinters in MG are declining in the next couple of years it would be nice to have a new option for the future.
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Penhoet | Paul | 67 | 62 | 64 | 65 | 67 | 67 | 67 | 67 | 69 | 71 | 65 | 64 | 67 | FRA | EU | 1 | 0 | 28 | 12 | 2001 | 5 | Sprinter | | 74 | 63 | 65 | 65 | 74 | 70 | 72 | 72 | 78 | 78 | 65 | 65 | 67 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | | Track-Sprint | | 74 | 62 | 65 | 66 | 70 | 74 | 70 | 70 | 78 | 78 | 65 | 65 | 74 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | | Cobbles | | 74 | 62 | 65 | 65 | 74 | 72 | 70 | 75 | 76 | 72 | 66 | 65 | 67 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | |
Axel Laurance
Axel Laurance rides for the Alpecin-Deceuninck Development Team this season (following the chaotic disband of his last team B&B Hotels). He has accumulated some wins and podiums in .1 and .2 races, but most of all he finished 2nd in the Bretagne Classic last year. Regarding this I think he should be a fighter / hill hybrid.
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Laurance | Axel | 68 | 63 | 70 | 62 | 69 | 67 | 67 | 64 | 63 | 69 | 69 | 63 | 64 | FRA | EU | 1 | 0 | 13 | 4 | 2001 | 4 | Fighter | | 76 | 66 | 73 | 65 | 74 | 72 | 72 | 67 | 66 | 73 | 76 | 67 | 67 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | | Hills | | 71 | 66 | 78 | 63 | 76 | 71 | 70 | 64 | 64 | 74 | 74 | 64 | 65 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | |
Alex Baudin
Alex Baudin rides for AG2R Citroen this season. He has some minor wins and podiums in his palmares. I think he could develop into a decent stage racer.
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Baudin | Alex | 65 | 70 | 69 | 66 | 68 | 66 | 67 | 63 | 63 | 66 | 64 | 65 | 63 | FRA | EU | 1 | 0 | 25 | 5 | 2001 | 4 | Stage Race | | 66 | 77 | 74 | 73 | 73 | 71 | 74 | 63 | 63 | 67 | 65 | 65 | 70 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | | Hills | | 68 | 73 | 77 | 67 | 75 | 70 | 70 | 63 | 64 | 71 | 69 | 66 | 64 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | | Climberv1 | | 66 | 77 | 76 | 66 | 69 | 70 | 72 | 63 | 63 | 73 | 71 | 66 | 63 | | | 4 | 100 | | | | |
Mathis Le Berre
Mathis Le Berre rides in the WT for Team Arkea Samsic. He has some minor wins and podiums in his palmares, too. But more of all he has done the whole WT classics season this year and rode in the break in several of this races, including LBL and the E3 Saxo Classic. He shows the potential to become an all-round-classics domestique.
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Le Berre | Mathis | 67 | 64 | 68 | 65 | 68 | 69 | 66 | 66 | 66 | 66 | 68 | 66 | 62 | FRA | EU | 1 | 0 | 16 | 4 | 2001 | 4 | Classics | | 72 | 64 | 73 | 65 | 73 | 72 | 69 | 73 | 66 | 66 | 73 | 67 | 62 | | | | | | | | |

Sheffield as a stage racer with McNulty, Powless and Jorgenson already coming up when that's not even his RL specialty?
I think he fits the classics mold much better, either replacing TVG or Summerhill, a mix of both, or even Phinney minus the MO works if we do want to acknowledge his TTing.

Agree with this but since Sheffield is a 2002 I think it an argument for next year.

I know a lot of riders will already be well within the plans but picked up on a couple I'd like added.
In terms of Spain, I feel it's time for a proper strong GC rider to be added. In recent years we have seen Florentino Marquez, David Abal and Rafael Valls all take heavy declines and we're about to see the same for their generation duo of Madrazo and Tenorio.
Enric Mas and Alex Aranburu (both 27) hit their max at 78/77 and 77/78 which you could argue is undercooked for the talent Mas possessed. But that is in the past.
This only backs up your point, but Aranburu maxed at 77/77

Sheffield should be a classics rider, not a stage racer.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I know he's already on the cards but I think the big point when it comes to US riders this season is which mold we use for Quinn Simmons. I dont have time to mold stats right now but I think he's the fit to replace the likes of TVG potentially.

Tsmoha will have a few super talents for himself, he can figure out the stats for them. Theres also Kooij whos an absolute menace for Dutch teams.
De Decker is mainly a sprinter, but has done things on easy cobbled and hilly parcours

I'll start with three riders, maybe more in the future.

Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Habimana | Jean Eric | 69 | 67 | 72 | 62 | 70 | 71 | 65 | 72 | 66 | 70 | 72 | 68 | 62 | RWA | AF | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 2001 | 2 | | Hills | 70 | 68 | 77 | 62 | 75 | 74 | 68 | 72 | 67 | 74 | 75 | 68 | 62 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Cobbles | 73 | 67 | 72 | 62 | 75 | 74 | 66 | 77 | 70 | 70 | 74 | 68 | 62 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Classics | 74 | 67 | 75 | 62 | 73 | 72 | 66 | 77 | 66 | 70 | 76 | 68 | 62 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | |
To be clear, Habimana's results do not justify these stats in the slightest. This is a suggestion purely from a role playing perspective in the sense that I think it makes sense to have a Rwandan who is comfortable and can contend on the Mur de Kigali and similar courses.
The stats are pretty high, I'm aware, but I don't think they're in any way overpowered. To compare, when maxed he'd be very similar to Lukas Meiler with the Classics route or a slightly worse version of Kamil Malecki going the Hill route. Going for Classics, after one offseason of full Cobbles training, he'd be similar to Gaday/David and would need even more training to reach Debesay territory (and given Debesay has only one max season left, I think it'd be nice to have a spiritual successor). High starting stats and low potential make sure he can be a true hybrid without exploding in any one stat.
Also, his first maxed season would be the first season of Uwizeyimana's decline, and Ndayisenga's final max season. Of the Rwandan talents so far, only Uhiriwe comes even close to those two in potential (77 TT and not much else), so I think it's reasonable, given my team's investment in the country's cycling infrastructure, to bring up someone who can match them and fill the hole they'll be leaving
Emmanuel Iradukunda
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Iradukunda | Emmanuel | 67 | 64 | 65 | 63 | 70 | 72 | 62 | 63 | 66 | 67 | 72 | 66 | 63 | RWA | AF | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 2001 | 5 | | Stage Race | 70 | 73 | 70 | 70 | 77 | 77 | 69 | 63 | 66 | 68 | 73 | 67 | 70 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Hills | 70 | 67 | 73 | 64 | 78 | 76 | 65 | 63 | 69 | 74 | 77 | 67 | 64 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Fighter | 75 | 67 | 68 | 67 | 75 | 77 | 67 | 66 | 69 | 74 | 80 | 70 | 67 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Climberv1 | 68 | 73 | 73 | 64 | 73 | 76 | 69 | 63 | 66 | 74 | 80 | 67 | 64 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | |
In contrast, Iradukunda is a rider to provide roster depth to a team. He finished 2nd in the Rwandan NC last year and has a couple of Top 10s in national races, as well as a few decent performances in the Tour of Iran. Nothing spectacular but looks to be a solid allrounder, signified here by the high physical stats but low main stats.
Welay Berhe
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Berhe | Welay | 67 | 68 | 67 | 66 | 69 | 66 | 68 | 60 | 61 | 66 | 67 | 64 | 66 | ETH | AF | 1 | 0 | 22 | 10 | 2001 | 4 | | Climberv2 | 68 | 76 | 70 | 66 | 75 | 73 | 72 | 60 | 61 | 70 | 72 | 72 | 66 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Climberv1 | 68 | 75 | 74 | 66 | 70 | 70 | 73 | 60 | 61 | 73 | 74 | 65 | 66 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Stage Race | 68 | 75 | 72 | 73 | 74 | 71 | 75 | 60 | 61 | 67 | 68 | 64 | 73 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | | | Hills | 70 | 71 | 75 | 67 | 76 | 70 | 71 | 60 | 62 | 71 | 72 | 65 | 67 | | | 4 | MAX | | | | |
Possibly the most talented African rider of the 2001 year. He rode for the EF Dev Team last year and is now in the first of a three year deal at Jayco - AlUla. Last year, he rode a lot in the Swiss national circuit, scoring multiple Top 10s and two wins. He also finished 4th in the Piccolo Giro di Lombardia and 10th on the big mountain stage of the Tour de l'Avenir. He's shown that he can already hold his own on higher level, not necessarily with results but he finished alongside the likes of De Gendt and other WT riders at the GP Isbergues last year and in a group with GVA and Jesus Herrada at the Clasica Comunitat Valenciana this year. Not a world beater by any stretch of the imagination, but a good support rider. |

Kaden Hopkins - Racing in Europe, and alongside Abner Gonzalez (who's stats were mauled last year ) is the most legit Caribbean in real cycling. So maybe he's over statted, but he's hardly the most ott small nation rider we've ever had. Although it would be nice to delay him a year and see how those European results really go.
Emmanuel Gayral, the next Gayral up (Rene will come next year). Honestly, probably better as Pot 3 instead of 4. Another of the Caribbean TT/Sprint hybrids which are everywhere.
Luis Rojas, fun climber. He has flat stage results hence the uniqe MO/SP primary stat combo. But we have no way to really make a 75MO/77SP or 77MO/75SP rider using the statgains in place, so this about the best I could make.
Gian Carlos Moran, classicsy/cobbles/sprint style Cuban. Idk, his results arn't fantastic and this helps keep the region slightly balanced in rider type.
Steven Molanco, an all-round Dominican. Can do lots to a solid standard, also getting European racing action. Fun rider.
Enrique De Comarmond, a Tobagoan who suffers from the lack of MO/SP hybrid options. Really i'm just waiting for Tariq Woods to become eligible next season as a much better talent.
Liam Holoweski, from the Bahamas. Definitely over rated him here But he's got a ton of US National level experience, and some surprisingly good junior results amongst them. Less results recently as he's gone up the catagories, but when I find a legit Caribbean who has actual results I'll give them a boost.
Kyle Gill, love a Barbadian. All-rounder in the style of Kelly, Bridges, Gayral.
Overall highly rated. But you know, that's what this thread is for But the DB has enough riders a step down from these guys to make up a CT team for a while. And even though it'd cripple my finances, PCT level talents will need to come at some point - maybe more next season (Assuming those now maxed talents of mine, and maybe with giving into a couple of non-Mauritian/Caribbeans to drive a promotion push).

First rider I want to mention is Bernard Van Aert. He was one of the most promising Indonesian cyclists and was originally added to be totally useless, so I thought an update may help. He can climb and ride fast, so I thought this path below (Sprinter x2 to max) may be interesting. He's currently level 1, so bumped him to level 3 with a lo potential of 3 so he can't be turned into much else. Stage race/climber can be used, but he'll just wind up a cookie cutter domestique so can't be overpowered.
NAT | ID | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | Pot | Lvl | | 3237 | Bernard Van Aert | 71 | 72 | 72 | 63 | 70 | 71 | 69 | 57 | 71 | 72 | 78 | 70 | 65 | 25 | 3 | 3 | | 3237 | Bernard Van Aert | 74 | 72 | 73 | 63 | 73 | 72 | 76 | 59 | 75 | 76 | 78 | 70 | 65 | 25 | 3 | Maxed |
Second is Prasetyo Firdaus (DOB 28/03/2001), brother of Ahmad. He's the u23 ITT champion of Indonesia of the last 2 years and is quite promising. There's a lot of good TT riders coming out of Indonesia at the moment, and Firdaus is up there.
Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | Pot | Lvl | | Prasetyo Firdaus | 75 | 67 | 68 | 78 | 75 | 73 | 76 | 60 | 65 | 68 | 64 | 72 | 77 | 27 | 5 | MAX | | Prasetyo Firdaus | 68 | 66 | 65 | 69 | 70 | 66 | 69 | 60 | 65 | 68 | 59 | 71 | 68 | 27 | 5 | 1 |
Also, rider 285 Firdaus Ahmad name is the wrong way around, his first and last names need to be switched (first name is Ahmad and surname Firdaus).

A couple more:
Nichol Blanca Pareja DOB 10/08/2000 Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Pot | | Nichol Blanca Pareja | 68 | 61 | 66 | 61 | 68 | 69 | 71 | 55 | 62 | 68 | 69 | 66 | 66 | 6 | | Nichol Blanca Pareja | 77 | 64 | 70 | 65 | 75 | 74 | 76 | 59 | 66 | 75 | 78 | 70 | 70 | 6 |
Lvl 1 and Maxed stats above. A handy rouler/leadout type that is strong and won't fall out the back of the pack easily. Has had some good finishes on hillier terrain.
Ryuki Ugu DOB 08/10/1999 Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Pot | | Uga Ryuki | 70 | 67 | 67 | 63 | 69 | 68 | 68 | 60 | 66 | 70 | 71 | 65 | 64 | 4 | | Uga Ryuki | 73 | 70 | 75 | 64 | 76 | 72 | 71 | 60 | 67 | 75 | 76 | 66 | 65 | 4 |
Lvl 1 and maxed stats above. Ugu is an attacking rider that rides well over the hills. Has won a CT classic on a hilly course and would make for a valuable domestique.

So my first suggestion is Tobias Buck-Gramcko . A young german cycling for rad-net Oßwald and the German Track cycling national team. With a Height of 188 cm (at 76 Kg) and his backround he seems a good TT/PRL rider with some talent in sprinting. And yes 1st January is his real birthday
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Buck-Gramcko | Tobias | 66 | 54 | 58 | 67 | 63 | 65 | 66 | 60 | 68 | 66 | 66 | 57 | 69 | | AF | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 2001 | 5 | | Track-TT | 73 | 54 | 59 | 76 | 68 | 71 | 73 | 60 | 73 | 69 | 66 | 58 | 78 | | AF | 4 | 100 | 1 | 1 | 2001 | 5 | | Track-Sprint | 73 | 54 | 59 | 68 | 66 | 72 | 70 | 60 | 77 | 73 | 66 | 58 | 76 | | AF | 4 | 100 | 1 | 1 | 2001 | 5 |
-------------------------
The next is Franz Groß, brother of Felix Groß. I would say not as Talented but might be a something. I think northern classics could be something for him. (182 cm / 72 kg)
Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | Groß | Franz | 68 | 55 | 61 | 64 | 65 | 63 | 65 | 62 | 63 | 65 | 68 | 57 | 65 | | AF | 1 | 0 | 8 | 5 | 2001 | 4 | | Fighter | 76 | 58 | 64 | 67 | 70 | 68 | 70 | 65 | 66 | 69 | 75 | 61 | 68 | | AF | 4 | 100 | 8 | 5 | 2001 | 4 |
-------------------------
The third one is Nicolas Heinrich. Again like both of the others part of rad-net Oßwald Team and the german national track cycling team. In 2022 he won multiple indivdual pursuit races including the u23 european championship and the elite european championship. Also scoring well in many races of the uci nations cup. His history on the road isnt so long so far but i believe he has the talent to have a great career there too. From his profile i am confident he will be a Ganna-like rider. (181 cm / 76 kg)

First suggestion is Quinn Simmons. I personally see him as a rider who should be aiming to make breakaways and contesting for some hills races but I am struggling to fully put him the right spot.
I think keeping his base stats low with higher POT might be the right way to tackle this one. I do realise this version has some niche abuse cases if you were to mix and match a few things but too tired to figure out what they are.

I also see him as a fighter since he was part of some breakaways with mild success. The last one being at the Pan-American Road Race where he finished 4th.

This is my first time trying my hand at suggesting riders with some stats, so please bear with me. Any pointed out mistakes and any advice if I am doing it wrong is more than welcomed.
GERMAN DARIO GOMEZ, 08.03.2001
He's twice winner of Vuelta a Colombia U23, Road Race U23 champion last year and ITT U23 champion this year. He had some success in some one day U23 races and decent ones at Coppi e Bartali and Giro di Sicilia last year. So I'm seeing him as a stage racer.
Potential 6:
| Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acc. | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | EXP | Stage racer | 67 | 69 | 73 | 73 | 70 | 69 | 67 | 52 | 55 | 67 | 74 | 76 | 73 | 1 | | 70 | 78 | 78 | 80 | 77 | 76 | 76 | 52 | 55 | 70 | 75 | 77 | 80 | Max |
EDGAR CADENA, 20.08.2000
3rd last year in Vuelta a Hispania (U23) and winner on the Spanish amateur level of Vuelta a Salamanca and 2nd at Vuelta a Galicia. He won a stage at Vuelta a Colombia last year and finished 23rd at Tour de l'Avenir. This year did well in some demanding one day races, also on the Spanish amateur level, TT doesn't seem to be his strong suit so I'm seeing him as a stage racer, with shortcomings or a climber.
Potential 5:
| Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acc. | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | EXP | | 63 | 67 | 68 | 63 | 69 | 71 | 69 | 54 | 65 | 68 | 70 | 71 | 63 | 1 | Stage racer | 66 | 76 | 73 | 70 | 76 | 76 | 76 | 54 | 65 | 69 | 71 | 72 | 70 | Max | Climber | 64 | 76 | 76 | 64 | 72 | 75 | 76 | 54 | 65 | 75 | 78 | 72 | 64 | Max |
