This is just because I am afraid of the "The last post on a page is never read" syndrome.

12 is good to start. I'll do the draft order later today or tomorrow. Feel free to add more signups until that point.
Said I would be bad at this. Can I change to Denmark then?

Draft Order
All 13 teams signed up went into a randomizer, which gave us the following draft order:
Ollfardh Paladins
Fab's Fainthearts
KB Cobblers
IE Tulips
UU W
Marcovdw Grandmas
Nemolito Nosepickers
Bikex Red Lanterns
Cunego 59ers
BBL's Bombers
LLDS Wolves
Jaxika Hussars
Laurens147 Hornets
A bit awkward that the Organisation got the top pick, but it really happened so here we are #stilllesscorruptthenrealuci
This means every odd round will start with the Paladins and end with the Hornets. Every even round will start with the Hornets and end with the Paladins.
I now need you to send in lists of names for the first three rounds. Make sure you have enough names for each category, especially the ones where you're a bit lower on the draft list.
R1: A rider who has never won a monument
R2: Any rider with a WC medal, any category or discipline
R3: A rider from your home nation
I hope to get everything in by monday 12u00 normal europe time.
If you want to think about the next round already (or expect to absent for a while):
Spoiler R4: A rider with a GT Stage win
R5: A rider born 01/01/2000 or later
R6: A rider from a country bordering your home nation (pick only one country)
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

If you want, I'll give you a reserve spot as there are still quite some people who have not sent in their PM. Send in your three rounds with plenty of names if you want

So, if I understand R6 correctly, I should send in a list with only Germans, or only Italians, etc., but not a list with mixed nationalities?

Does bordering require a land border - or is Sweden or maybe Norway acceptable for Denmark?

Some kind of border is needed. Like Denmark has a bridge to Sweden, which is enough. Cuba has the Guantanamo border with the USA.
Just waiting for Bikex and Laurens to send in their list and we're ready.

Draft Rounds 1-3
An extremely divided vote for the top dog in the first round did year. Pidcock, De Lie and Girmay got the most votes, but a suprisingly high amount of people got their top choice, including the Wolves' 11th pick. For round 2, most people agreed on Wout/Mathieu, including the first two teams that could actually draft them. The Tulips were the first victim of not having sent in enough riders and I had to look at their other lists instead. Round 3 had a 300 IQ move from Bikex, who picked up Pogacar unopposed.

For your next round I need from you:
R4: A rider with a GT Stage win
R5: A rider born 01/01/2000 or later
R6: A rider from a country bordering your home nation (pick only one country)
Please send everything in by Friday 12u00 normal Europe time. Also make sure you send in enough names for each round, we had one person missing out in R2 and a few others where it came down to the last name on their list!
Finaly, it would really help me if everyone could use the same method of making a list (thanks to those who did it already!), you can just copy it from Procyclingstats:
MERCKX Eddy
INDURAIN Miguel
HINAULT Bernard
ANQUETIL Jacques
After this, there will be 4 draft rounds
Spoiler R7: A rider from a PCT team
R8: A rider who was in a PCT team last year
R9: A rider from your home nation or a country bordering it (pick only one country)
R10: Free pick

Was really between Pidcock and De Lie for me, but I went for Pidcock because I think he can do much more than what he showed last year. Sagan is high risk / high reward, but still surprised I could pick him up. Stuyven did not have a good season last year, but I think it was bad luck rather than permanent decline. So yeah, 3 picks that could go wrong but you have to take some risks if you can't get Mathieu or Wout. I think Bikex had the best draft round here.

So, for the ones looking for loopholes, take a look at the borders from Antarctica.
