So far things are shaping up nicely. A lot of fast guys. Boudat with that ever present prologue stat too.

Really love Bonnamour stat wise. He’ll be in many breakaways I suspect.

Pedrero-ro-ro your boat, gently to my team

After having troubles strenghtening our climbing team, we managed to strike a deal with Philips - Force India for spanish climber Antonio Pedrero. He cost us 150k, and hopefully he will be worth that.

Two for the future

Another two signings brings us to 19 riders, and we are nearly done.

Jason Tesson6864696070706560697264656070,3224
Jens Reynders6761646068686769666965646268,6124

Both riders can develop into useful riders, and we hope that they will do so by getting a chance to ride lots of CT races here.

Very glad to see Reynders got a ride this year! He was a good stagiare for me last year and will turn into a very solid cobbles riders, but unfortunately I just couldn't fit in a full contract for him this year.

Several interesting names with a verstatile skillset on the roster, including several Estonians. Hope you can bring back Estonian cycling to its previous heights, and it looks like you're willing to do so as well Smile The Pedrero-ro-ro your boat pun made me think you are actually Archer for a second Pfft

Yeah, I hope that he will either be of help to our team, or be a sales object in a while

I like to compete in several terrains, in stead of just focusing on one. That said, our sprint team is probably our force. I hope that some good Estonians will be available next year, so we can bring a few them forward.

Last piece of the puzzle...ish

Two more riders will be added in the draft, but we can announce one final paid signing.

Nat.NameFLMOHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFGDHPROVRAge
Damien Touze7166706173736770707271646371,9126

Damien is a Swiss (actually French) army knife, who can help us on all terrains.

That's a wrap

In the CT draft we added two more riders.

Nat.NameFLMOHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFGDHPROVRAge
Rudy Molard6770746371717164697372666573,1433
Samuel Welsford6960626273726464717361646369,2826

Rudy will be a good domestique in the hills, and hopefully show the team colours in lots of attacks.
Samuel is a talented sprinter, who will develop into a guy who can make results on his own.

Welsford was the only talent i had also on the list, glad someone took him i believe he can be a great rider.

Our teams might be often duriing sprints I have the feeling. You build a really nice squad and i am thrilled to see what it can reach.

If I did the stat gains correctly, he will look like this when maxed:

75616362797575687879616563

Which is quite good. Obviously, an older guy, but should have a few good years.

Welsford is nice with that RES Smile And like to see Tesson continuing to get contracts, hope he is maxed one day Pfft

Tesson is at 2.15. I plan to bring him to 3.xx this year. He'll develop into a decent rider.

As you can see, we ride a lot of stage races this year. We aim to win as many stages as possible, and especially hope that our sprinters will step up and gain us a lot of wins.

Baltic Chain Tour: The prologue and sprint stages should suit Thomas Boudat and we will aim for a top 5 in the GC with him. Hopefully we can grab a stage win as well.

Uppsala Classic: It will be a hard ask, but we aim to win in Sweden. Once again, a guy like Boudat will captain the team, but Rudy Barbier, Tim Merlier or even Alexander Edmondson should be able to step up.

Olympia's Tour: We will bring all the big guns like the riders mentioned above and aim to win at least one stage.

Loving that approach, and hope you'll perform well. Big thumbs up to our Eesti friends!

First projections

The first projections for the season puts us near the bottom of the CT, which is to be esxpected. Our goal is to do as well as possible, and see where that takes us.

Fellow CT manager MacC of Glanbia Foods Cycling Project, puts us in 15th/18th when he scores on the strength of our teams. We don't have a top team, but we find comfort in the fact, that we are in a very close division when it comes to rider strengths.

Another CT manager, Ulrich Ulriksen, has two different projections. One puts us in 14th and another in 15th. We are at least consistent. Again, we are placed in a packed middle of the field, where RDC might play an important part in finishing 10th, 12th or 16th.
He says: "[They] have pretty tight geographic focuses which requires a slower build."
