if you have any photoshop expertise, get the haasje template, and you should be able to figure it out from there.

There are multiple people that make jerseys, I know that Hillis has made a bunch of the shirts that people are going to be using this year, maybe he has time to create one for other new managers as well!
In general great to see so many new faces, glad to have you guys on board, people are lovely and helpful!

Hi fellow new Managers (and also maybe some veterans).
If you need a shirt for your team i am willing to make it for you.
The last week i did like 10 different designs for myself while waiting for being accepted. I also did a lot back then when i was first heavily into the PCM like over 10 years ago. So i think i have some experience.
So if you want me to do one for you just PM me and tell me what you want and then we can figure out details! |

Congrats to all new managers for taking as well the 2nd step - announcing your team! Hopefully all of you also will make it through goals selection, transfers, and race planning
Of the 10 new teams, 9 are European - which will obviously be felt during transfers. Air New Zealand should be much more relaxed in that respect - if all of you actually care about regional focus during transfers
Here's the final distribution per country of the new teams:
FRA: 4x
GER: 1x
ESP: 1x
ITA: 1x
SMR: 1x
CRO: 1x
NZL: 1x
No need to say that the transfer market for French riders will be carnage this year Looking forward to it, though, and hope all of you can keep the motivation high
