1st and 3rd are our best stage results in this race and both from Zordan

Spectacular crashing from Brandt. I can't blame him, we sent him here with no climbers....
Wishing for a miracle TT or a Nelson spectacular in final sprint..

Thanks for another great report. Appreciate the close detail even on somewhat less consequential days.
Decent try by Bouglas. Final climb was too close to the finish for him, but I appreciate the effort. He did well to try to hold on.
I mean, really, 3/4 of our main guys have come through here. Eg solid in 13th, Bouglas with a stage and still fighting for points, Sterobo with a stage win in his chance. It's really just Warbasse who has failed. But, of course, Warbasse was our main leader, and has failed so dramatically that it clouds the entire shape of our race.
He continues to not race his race either. He has no acceleration. He should either be going in the early breakaway, or not at all. Watching him attack on descents and in final sprints uphill is brutal.

Haller not happy the team have focused on defending yellow leaving the green jersey under threat from Bouglas and Novak. Novak could easily win stage 20 and Bouglas stage 21, good job Haller has a decent lead. Kraftwerk need breaks to take the intermediate sprint points out of the green jersey equation.
Hilly guys Rumac and Moazemi justifying their selection again by closing gaps and keeping Nerz up with the front group.
ITT tomorrow, up to Nerz to bring it home.
Congrats to Ollfardh and thanks for the great report Nemo.

4th again from Min is very pleasing. Let's see what's in store for us in the TT. How much of a tumble will it be?
Congrats on the win Olfardh!

Average stage. No time loss is great, but no attempt to attack or gain time is disappointing. Inevitable time loss tomorrow, but can still hopefully keep the podium warm. Hopefully the tt does have a bit of hil/mt bias going for it. Gonna need to limit losses in the tt because that final mountain stage just doesn’t look like it can create meaningful gaps, unless someone has a very bad day.
Thanks for the report!

Hmm, this is moving from poor into the disastrous range. That stage always worried me with Kuss having low hill and not great recovery, the attempt to go in the break was ill-advised, got to think he holds on without that waste. Will hemorrhage time in the TT tomorrow leaving a heroic stage 20 as his hope to salvage something.

Not the best stage race so far for us…hoping we can maybe grab a stage win in the final days. Altanzul has been amazing this race though!

Woo hoo! A hero appears!
Cruz has been bad all year but that was some ride! it also marks Glanbia's Season Goal of 5 stage wins and restores some pride in our second moist important country!
We can sit back and enjoy the last 2 stages now*, good luck to those battling for the win and podium!
*not ruling out another stage though!

Oh thank god, just Bartosz just hanging on to second is amazing!+1s to Lunke, who he should be able to keep behind him tomorrow but who knows what happens. Looks like it could be a little anti climatic if the riders wait until the last climb to try anything, but I have a feeling a few riders that have missed out are going to try and make the terribly long first climb very hard and make it a very painful day for all. Congrats to Glanbia on the win, and to Kraftwerk tentatively for the gc as unless Nerz cooks it tomorrow he will sail in.
Thanks for the report!

Great ride by Nerz to top 10 the ITT and extend his lead to an unassailable 3ish minutes.
Great support from the best team we could muster enabled Nerz to defend his title.
Stimulak disappointing again in the ITT.
Good to see two other Kraftwerk riders in the top 30 but surprised Costagli was not one of them.
Congrats to MacC and thanks again for the great reports Nemo.

4 disastrous minutes. Did not think such a difference would build up. At least we hold a top10 with Min. A word for Mark Christian. Another notable result from him with 3rd which sees him at 2nd in the Points classification. He's really fighting for a contract for next year.
Glad to see Glanbia taknig the win there with local Freddy Cruz. Congrats MacC. Carlsberg doing well too is nice to see Kraftwerk seems to have this in the bag. Just one more mountain stage to tackle, but there are a few teams still with expectations. It should be interesting.

Looks like Nerz has this pretty much wrapped up (not to jinx anything, but that would be a shock), you love to see it. I'm glad that Eg is somewhat compensating for Warbasse for Carlsberg, I hope he can hang on tomorrow. Also, what a deeply weird points competition outside of Haller Also also, I continue to be amazed by HelloFresh this season. Not only that Potocki is still within reach of a podium spot, but they also lead the team competition. Really, a CT team season for the ages. Final also, as always, top reports Nemo

Hasani Hennis! He's had a good race and another solid stage result for the young guns of T3A. Looking certain to miss out on a Stage Win, but they have all outperformed my expectations. Hoping we can finish strong.

Congrats to Glanbia! Hard fought by Sterobo, but he can settle for 2nd with stage win already under his belt.
Love to see that from Eg. He's been consistent all race in limiting losses, and with a great top 5 TT, he launches himself into the top 10... for now. We came here looking for a top 5 out of Warbasse, and Eg has ridden as well as we could hope for trying to make up for his teammate's lack of legs. I'd be happy with 8th from Eg. With the points no longer mattering much, at least I could say that a homegrown rider I really like has a GT top 10 under his belt. However, I'm still wary that he could lose several minutes to a few guys behind him tomorrow and lose all he gained today. Hopefully the good form keeps.
Honestly it's annoying because we're again in a position where if Warbasse just didn't lose enormous amount of the time being stupid the last few days, he would be somewhere in the 10th-15th range. And I could live with that given Eg in the top 10. Unfortunately though, Warbasse didn't show up when it mattered.
Last big mountain stage tomorrow. Hopefully Eg stays strong. I'd appreciate it if Warbasse would early get in the early break, or stay to help Eg. One or the other. None of this thing where he randomly attacks and blows himself up mid stage.

Ranaweera finally decided to show up in the TT, shame he left his climbing legs on the plane.

Congrats to Mac, good to see Freddy take the win.
Kuss drops to 20th which isn't surprising but a 4 minute cushion means that should be the worst case, so time to go for it tomorrow.

This is what the points per team should (more or less) look like just before the final stage. Tomorrow cunego might be able to give us a full ranking of the ToA
