The wages in that list aren't correct. Verkuyl signed at Ziggo for 205 - you can find that in the updated DB Bikex posted.
For example, 220 for Gustavo Martin isn't correct, either, as I signed him for 245. And Senechal signed for 1905, not for 1240.
My guess is that OZrocker took the values from the "Today" column, as that would correspond for all 3 of them.
But you can definitely find the actual wages in the updated DB (separate DB, or DB tab in the transfer sheet if you correctly pasted the updates).

I didn't double-check with the DB, those are indeed the "today" values. I'll fix them up

Woohoo! 6 riders signed and they were all #1 in our team's signing directives (admittedly after missing day 0  ). I'm aware we've probably overpaid for Nairo but it was time to move Bauke on to another team, and the wage he asked for in renewals just made the decision easier.

I feel the same way  I mean, I could have Nerz and only 100 wage guys and I would be happy, but the team takes nice shape around him.

Think the new transfer systems (fortunately) favors new teams who have to hire a lot of ppl, whereas teams with established leaders and tight budgets may find it tougher to sign their riders.
To be fair I am also awful at signing riders and was famously closely snubbed lol (Bardet, Barguil etc). I think I havn't signed a remarkable rider since Stybar in 2016 but given that he sucked, I think my only remarkable signings were Contador, Purito and Valv in the first season lol
Great to see so many ManGame managers active here. It is a great alternative to ManGame and nicely complements the pcm experience by going a different route. As long as the signing may take us, we can make up the timing with speedy results

@croatia: Not that you really need to do much, tough to make your team even better.
@shonak: Definitely easier for new teams that the old system, I had to make deep calculations to fire off 16 offers all at once without going broke.
@Abhishek: For WT leaders I guess you just have to commit and ignore the alternatives. That worked for me and Sagan last year. I remember krisa simply put all his remaining budget in one offer for Kwiatkowski, not even playing with min/max, just one big offer of 2150, case closed.

Honestly, I've stayed quiet in the entire transfer window up until this point. But this may end up biting me in the rear as I don't have a true leader. The closest thing I have to a top rider is Ludvigsson, but he's a TT specialist

Same for me. After scouting and renewals, I already had 25 riders on board. Would have been available for some deals, but as it was pointed out earlier, transfers don't seem to be really attractive compared to FA signings in this game - at least at this point. Well, I guess the transfer period will still last for a couple of days, let's see what can still happen
