Does "with a WC medal, any category or discipline" include junior WCs, or just elite?

Junior, U23, elite, anything.
Unfortunately I also have some sad news. Only Laurens managed to correctly sign up by sending a PM to Jandal. I'm therefore giving him 10 bonus points.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Didn't realize I still had to send a pm to jandal after pointing out the error in the rules

That's true. Tell you what, I'll give you 5 points if you still send him one

Didn't point it out, but thought "wait, send a PM to ...WHO? Who's Jesleyh?" But yeah, didn't check later on that you changed it... So it's definitely correct to award points to those (or the one) who did send the PM - and it's kind to not exclude the others. Or just a way to avoid boredom

That's what I meant by "a way to avoid boredom" A competition with only one participant isn't very interesting indeed ^^

Draft R1-3
Bikex had the honour of doing the first pick and he went for Pidcock, a choice most managers definitely agreed with. Overall I saw 10 solid picks, with maybe roturn did not play it tacticaly enough with R3 in mind.
Similarly round 2 had pretty much everyone selecting the same top 3, though in different order at times. Again, we saw 10 solid picks from all the managers.
For round 3 I think everyone had a good choice again, but for some the choice was very limited. BBL's America First policy relies on a breakthrough year of Neilson Powless and roturn has to settle for Politt after probably drafting Schachmann too early. Colbrelli is a great steal from Nemolito.
| Bikex Bald Beagles | BBL's Bombers | Jaxika Hussars | Laurens147 Hornets | Marcovdw Bananas | TMM's Roughnecks | Fab's Fainthearts | Roturn's Lemmings | Ollfardh Paladins | Nemolito Pacifiers | R1 | Thomas Pidcock | Florian Senechal | Michael Matthews | Yves Lampaert | Matej Mohoric | Remco Evenepoel | Mads Pedersen | Maximilian Schachmann | Matteo Trentin | Jasper Philipsen | R2 | Alejandro Valverde | Dylan van Baarle | Peter Sagan | Benoit Cosnefroy | Jasper Stuyven | Kasper Asgreen | Michael Woods | Mathieu van der Poel | Julian Alaphilippe | Wout van Aert | R3 | Tim Merlier | Neilson Powless | David Gaudu | Greg Van Avermaet | Fabio Jakobsen | Tiesj Benoot | Marc Hirschi | Nils Politt | Florian Vermeersch | Sonny Colbrelli |
For the next round I need by wednesday evening at midnight:
R4: A rider with a GT Stage win
R5: A rider born 01/01/1999 or later
R6: A rider from a country bordering your home nation
After this:
Spoiler R7: A rider from a PCT team
R8: A rider who was in a PCT team last year
R9: Free pick
R10: Free pick
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Being late in the first round obviously did hurt to get one of the best riders, but it helped in R2 obviously as the monument winners were guaranteed.
Obviously had prefered Pidcock, Evenepoel or Van Aert but can absolutely live with van der Poel.
Schachmann was kind of an unlucky R1 as this meant, the German rider in R3 went to Politt...depending on others likely Schachmann could have dropped to R3 if I had gone for another rider in R1.
Let`s see if it continues with the new one. |

Surprised Remco fell to #6. And happy with both Asgreen & Benoot. Bananas and Pacifiers also look good after the first 3 rounds.

Feel like I definitely took some risks here. Not sure the role Van Baarle will have with Pidcock advancing in the hierarchy, and I will rely on Senechal taking the next step forward despite still having a crowded Quickstep team around him. Round 3 on the other hand was easy, as there are pretty much no American classics riders around, and Powless showed in the back half of last year that he has major puncheur potential.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

I'd have preferred to have him slip down to #7
Anyway, I'm happy with Pedersen. Looks to be in pretty good shape already as well.
Woods had some great results last year, time to add a monument!
Not *that* happy with Hirsch, as it's not quite sure when he'll be back - and he probably won't be able to repeat his best results this season. But I had to pick a Swiss, and he probably still has the highest scoring potential if he returns in time.
Guess I'll need to add some strong cobblers now, let's see who's left ^^

Draft R4-6
Round 4 had another fan favourite and Nemolito immediatly claimed him. Colbrelli, van Aert and Pogacar in one team is starting to look scary. The rest of the round was very open, with different types of riders being picked.
For round 5 once again the most popular choice taken by the first team. Some people really had to go very low on their list, which was made even worse with Pidcock, Evenepoel and Vermeersch drafted already.
Round 6 made most people happy I think, although BBL's top pick still is a bit meh, but I did warn people for this.
| Bikex Bald Beagles | BBL's Bombers | Jaxika Hussars | Laurens147 Hornets | Marcovdw Bananas | TMM's Roughnecks | Fab's Fainthearts | Roturn's Lemmings | Ollfardh Paladins | Nemolito Pacifiers | R4 | Tim Wellens | MichaĆ Kwiatkowski | Jakob Fuglsang | Arnaud Demare | Adam Yates | Caleb Ewan | Alberto Bettiol | Primoz Roglic | Alexander Kristoff | Tadej Pogacar | R5 | Mauri Vansevenant | Biniam Girmay Hailu | Juan Ayuso | Arnaud De Lie | Andrea Bagioli | Jake Stewart | Tobias Halland Johannessen | Arne Marit | Olav Kooij | Carlos Rodriguez | R6 | Dylan Groenewegen | Guillaume Boivin | Oliver Naesen | Guillaume Martin | Gianni Vermeersch | Pascal Ackermann | Warren Barguil | Bauke Mollema | Hugo Hofstetter | Anthony Turgis |
Next up by sunday evening at midnight, 4 rounds this time.
R7: A rider from a PCT team
R8: A rider who was in a PCT team last year
R9: Free pick
R10: Free pick
After that:
Spoiler R11: A rider from your home nation
R12: A rider from the country with most riders after R10 (your pick in case of a tie)
R13: Free pick
R14: Free pick
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Frustrating round for me. Really wanted Pogacar in R4, then either De Lie or Marit but just came up short again. Would've prefered Turgis over Hofstetter as well.
Full draft is on the first page btw.

Roglic is a nice pick despite probably not starting as many classics as others. Same for Mollema, who really became a great classic rider in his most recent years.
Marit, no idea. Can clearly compete in some smaller classics, but probably not hte strongest pick but there haven`t been many great options that guarantee points.
I highly dislike R11 as it was already awful in the first rounds from a German point of view. Hard to see any potential R11 rider that is more than a 0 pointer. |

Was hoping Stewart would remain unnoticed, as I think he has some great scoring potential. Don't think Rodriguez will attend in (m)any classic(s), but he seems like a great rider, and obviously as last to pick the top choices are mostly gone. I hope Sagan doesn't go back to his old level so Turgis has the freedom to do what he wants and gets regular top 10's
Seems like I'll have to forget about Vermeersch, Kristoff and Barguil as well.

Two games where Ewan can let me down Bit of a gamble but with a pure sprinter it gives me greater race coverage.
R5 is interesting to look at, and honestly really worked out for me. Sorry Nemo
Another slight gamble on Ackermann, but in terms of denying Roturn an easy pick it's worth it
