Great start! S.t. as Duolingo as stage winners was above expectations Having all riders close is also good. A bit unfortunate that Stake and Amezawa dropped some small time, but that shouldn't be an issue for what's to come.
Hopeful for the stages to come. Fingers crossed they provide exciting racing! |

Awful start. I don´t understand how we can ride so poorly with such team stats. And Izagirre lost even more time... Looking forward to major improvement in upcoming stages.
Congrats Gustav, must be boring to win every TTT your team participates, right?
Thanks for the report!

A lot of teams have very strong TTT units. So 12th with a 28'' deficit is pretty good. Probably can't ask for much more.

30 seconds is entirely fine. Not much more to say

Good TTT for us, I'd say. Top 10 definitely wasn't our standard last year. No huge time gaps, so Moscon should have a good shot at a decent GC if he performs as usually on those hills.

Our well built team managed to keep our leaders within the peloton, good start, as long as Keizer + Brandle doesn't lose (much) time we are in great spot

I thought we might be interested in the KOMs. Not the case, so far at least. Seeing Vysna as the 1st rider with 1'00 gap is not nice. He now might not be a factor in GC given he's a pretty poor TTer.
On the bright side the 3 other riders held on and remained in contention. We even got a mention and a glimpse of the jersey in the report, which is nice.
Congrats to Sauber on the stage win

Weirdly uneventful stage. Congrats to Sammy!
Dunbar right up there is good to see he's considered a GC rider. Hope the next three hilly stages can be selective.
Thanks for the report!

All of our important riders were in the pack, which is good. Pity that Hadi didn't participate in the sprint, but given how the AI works, it's reasonable that he isn't at the front in the finale. Would be cool if we sent some of our actually capable climbers/puncheurs into the break (looking at you, Eyob and Vendrame), but oh well. The next days will be more decisive.

Saving ourselves for the tougher stages, I get it.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Look sprinters, that's how you build a train! Very well done by the team, shame the race was just a few metres too short for Hagen to win, but I'll take it. Congrats Sauber and thanks Nemolito!

Thank you for getting the race rolling, Nemolito!
Good that we were able to keep four riders in the front group, now being well positioned in the GC. They won't keep it, but having Stake close to the lead is great ahead of the TT. Hopefully we get another calm stage on stage 3, or an eventful one if Amezawa is able to profit from it
Congratulations on the win, Sauber and Sammy! |

We had four guys make the front group, and there our four strongest climbers, so I can't complain. It was worrying to see all of them staying in the back half of the group, but the pure puncheurs were at the front and that does make sense since we had no one who could contest a fast finish. I just hope it doesn't mean they're too lazy to make splits later on.
No reality where Moscon should be finishing behind a 60+ man pack here without crashes on. Really sorry.

Had hoped we would be a lot better in the TTT, but atleast 3rd place on stage 2 for Kinoshita makes up for it somewhat.

Perfect so far. The more bunch sprints the better for us. Probably would've been ever better had the six with Brandle wouldve gotten a gap, but now we can build a cushion in TT and do everything in our power to stop attacks

Can't be mad with another second place and the GC lead, but given there's still a TT in the race I'd like Hagen to create more of a gap.

Good news:
- We were in the break
Bad news:
- The wrong riders were in the break (looks like 77Ftr is worth nothing at all)
- Moscon and Lienhard don't seem to give a s**t on this race
- 0-pointer seems inevitable except if we get some Juarez luck over here. Huge bummer for a race we were so much looking forward to...
Congrats to UBS, Ponzi is still such a great and fun rider!

Looks like Vysna isn't suited to this race. Oh well, moving on
3 riders still with a chance to score decent points.
