Yeah no there is something deeply wrong with the TT mechanic if Bobridge can only manage 52nd on a TT course that on paper suits him perfectly.
Good at hills? Check.
Good at tt? Check.
Good at hilly TT? No.
Sadly, it's exactly the opposite, it works just as expected.
Since the stat rework, any effort below 85 is exclusively influenced by the mountain stat, with the hill stat playing a linearly increasing role between 85 and 99.
Your mistake might be thinking that this only applies to mass start stages, but it's the same in TTs.
And since practically not a single TT in the game allows a rider to go above 85 effort, the hill stat is effectively never used in TTs.
So yes, Sterobo is a better hilly TTer than Bobridge in this game.
(regardless of all this, that was still a horribly random result overall)
Okay, so perhaps not unexpected but still a broken mechanic.
From terrible prologue to incredible finish! I´m more than happy, Bernal´s first professional win is just a fantastic bonus. Yes,lucky one but fully deserved, AI or bad daily form screwed up my TT ambitions many times in last two seasons.
Congrats to fjhoekie and thank you Ulrich for reporting

In other words, PCM.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
Didn't expect such domination here, felt like sending Pluchkin here instead of something like Halstatt was a huge gamble, but I happy to be wrong for once, we've put up a good showing in front of the home crowds again
