Assuming non selected riders will still do the U23 race I will keep mine in, otherwise Rikunov, Aniolkowski and Dima will be pulled out

Yes, if they are not selected, they will be eligible for U23s again.

Following are the changes from the initially posted lists...
In TTT, Hong Kong, Luxembourg and China lose out to Colombia, Czech Republic and Poland because of weak nominations.
In ITT, Luxembourg and Israel lose out to Georgia and Great Britain because of weak nominations.
In B RR, Luxembourg and Kenya lose out to Serbia and Thailand because of weak nominations.
In Elite RR, Eritrea drop to the B RR with only five nominations, and missing both their best climber and best puncher. Ukraine move up to the Elite RR in their place.
This update has also been made in the first post.
Important: I will start sending out selector PMs to everyone who nominated themselves to be a selector. In case I miss a nation you chose or you spot a mistake in rider lists, etc. please let me know.
I will try to send out all PMs by end of day today.

I want to set a short deadline for this as there are two more possible selector rounds. Deadline stands at Monday, 19th July, 12 Noon, Daily Time.
