I think it's a comeback. 36 year old sprinters don't usually return to form after sucking for 4 years. Illness or not, it's a return to form from rock bottom basically.
Admittedly I was much more happy for him after the first Cav win. Now it's just starting to feel like 2010 again.

Pretty much my thoughts. But this is a very very weird TdF with GrenadIneos being wiped out so bluntly and this out of the blue return to grace from the Manx Missile. Something is off.
On second thought it always feel something funny must be crancking up behind the scenes at the Tour so scratch that
Cav already on the ropes today, though.
