Could you please upload the full editor, i would really appreciate it. (NOTE: I found it among my files and it works)
Yes, of course, uploaded all stage editors I have for PCM 2005-2007 & 2010-2012 here: https://disk.yand...xPNwIw?w=1

RSM Profiler was used for xml editing before you ran the stage through the stage editor, i have a few other verisons also of this program.
Thanks! Never heard of this program...
markene2 wrote:Also its kinda insane that PCM2006 is still the best PCM game after all these years, the AI in pcm20 is dumber than bricks.
You're right unfortunately. PCM 2012 + are worst than awful in regard to AI. Disastrous balance MO/HIL stats on Walloon classics, unrealistic crowds in finishes of Flanders classics, broken breakaway system etc. Cyanide declared more agressive & adventurous AI for PCM 2020, but adventurous AI it's in PCM 2006 & PCM 2008 where we can see very interesting breakaways and pursuits. And AI in PCM 2020 it's a disgrace.
Thank you! I downloaded this DB about a year ago and I would like to say that it's very curious project but with some mistakes in DB files, so the game often crashes until you fix records in the DB & stage files. So we have to work hard

Let's save the history of PCM together!
Just write me a PM if you have something for old PCM Editions (from 2005 to 2014) - databases, stages, shirts etc. and we'll share it.

Hello fellow PCM lovers.
What do I have to do to get the above posted PPDB 2007 Giant working in career mode to get over the 17.3., 1.4. dates and so on?
Anyone still have this repair kit?
It's been way too long since I played the 2006 version to remember.
Additionally how can I manually fix the stages with rivers that are new in the PPDB compared to the base game files, no water fix them.
Patch 1.0.0.8 and starlink fix are also installed, cache emptied. |

Hello! I played PPDB 2007 some time ago and tried to fix crashes manually by editing dates in save files. PCM uses unix time format so you should set next day in your save file every time the game crashes. (this tool could help you with it: https://www.onlin..._time.htm) But it was very difficult for my second season already because crashes happened for every two months.

To fix these stages you should change 'sea=1' by 'sea=0' where it is necessary (I attached a useful tool for it - don't worry about Russian interface, you'll can easily switch language there by clicking on the globe icon) and delete all text between tags <rivers></rivers> in .xml files.

Huge thanks man, I'll see if I can get it to work in the next few days.
I'll probably just remove the new variants of the PPDB 2007 and hope it doesn't crash, fixing all these stages separately is too much fiddling for me. |

Hi!
I'm afraid we collected all possible DBs for now here and on PCMFrance (same downloads for French speaking PCM fans). From here and further: https://legruppet...3#p2023543
Btw, maybe you've got something for PCM 2005 - PCM 2014?

Hello guys,
I wanted to ask how I can create a starting list with more than 20 teams? I know that in career mode, the 3 grand tours have 22 teams starting so there has to be some way implement more than 20, right? Do I need any specific editor or something?
Thank you in advance! |

OlliWender, hi!
As far as I know 2 teams in each Pro Tour race are reserved for invitations in career mode. Anyway you can edit startlists with any simple text editor (Notepad++ for example). If you're playing PCM 2006 you'll find an example in "Custom - StartLists" folder.

Hi, yes I'm aware of that.
What I wanted to do was create a startlist with 22 teams, but ingame only the first 20 teams of the list are shown.
I thought that if 22 teams are already programmed for career mode races, there might be a tweak to get rid of the 20 team restriction in startlists for the free races somewhere in the database. |

Yo boys, hello! There is any chance that someone can find a regular RealName DB?
Like, correct names for riders/teams and correct shirts...something really basic. Someone? |

tomcat9, awesome job on gathering round several editors and databases.
I have tried to edit PCM 05 original database, realname database, and my saves with the following editors and I have had no luck whatsoever. The changes are not saved because the databases seem to be corrupted ("Error: Invalid Character Line XYZ", and I can't open my saves with Jape's Savegame Editor, since it requires a .cdb file and the saves are in .cdd format.
PCM 05 Hannes' Editor
PCM 06 Jape's Savegame Editor v1.0
PCM 08 Full Editor V400
PCM 17 Lachi's Editor
Somebody out there could please give me a hand?
My main goal is to edit riders' moral on saves (changing the moral levels to 99 on the database would fix my issue, I believe), it doesn't make sense to hire a rider and have him with a "normal" moral level all the time, which will make him underperform.
Cheers. |
