Wow, what an absolute horror-show that was in stage 3 of Oman! I've got no clue what happened there that our best guy finishes 24th, while way weaker riders were easily inside the Top 10... Tough luck again I guess, but at least Gomez somewhat salvaged our race on the final day.
What remains in our memories is however the first win in our very first race, allowing Gonzalez to finish 4th in the points standings - well done!

Even though we didn't manage to get the win in Mallorca, I definitely have to thank the team for getting in some good photos A lot better results there than I was expecting!

2nd and 3rd place in the GCs for Mannion. I think thats great for him! Two more very good races for us again. Not sure if it has anything to do with my depth, or just Mannion being in good shape on the day, and we're getting really lucky so far, but that should continue our success into March now.

5th in Bishek is the best ever result for our dev team, so I'm happy. Fritsch is proving to be a capable captain.
Lots of hard racing elsewhere, some very good early results for the new teams.

very disappointing race in Mallorca with 13th for Engeldinger...top10 was absolutely achievable...but many teams were really strong in numbers

U23 team may only do one thing but we do it well, loved the 4 riders in the top 10 of the Bishek TT. All got destroyed on Stage 3 but that was to be expected.
Not much going for the main team, Sanz with a couple of 2nds and the points jersey in Algarve.
Amazing pace of reports. Thanks.

Uneventful start for our U23 guys, hopefully they'll shine a bit more in the next races.

4th place on Stage 1 for Dimas is our only return from Bishkek, which is a little disappointing. Onto the next one...

We were predicted to finish last in the CT rankings so we have to take any positive into consideration this season. Very good to see Dustin Browne taking 2nd place in the last stage of Oman. Slightly disappointed that del Mar dropped out of top 15 in the GC that same last stage. I'll have to settle for his top 20. But my riders started to go on the breakaways and it warms my heart to spot them in the pictures. Especially the young gun Soler, whom we hope to develop into a GC contender in the future.
I kept my fingers crossed that Newbury will deliver a good result in the TT of Algarve. A bit higher than 9th, but since he followed with another 9th finish in the last last stage and the 13th in the GC I have to be content with that. |

Thank you guys for the awesome videos and pictures. And as @ripley rightly said I find myself studying them with careful attention when I spot my riders on them. And rewinding the videos just to see them one more time. But I like watching all of them because the others that don't involve my team I can enjoy in a more relaxed manner. |

However, we need to talk about safety measures. As can be seen some spectators are putting the riders at risk. I am afraid we are one step away from an unwanted accident. |

This didn't look entirely safe, either.

@Ripley & @Shonak
I guess that guy in the backseat (UCi member by the car?) wanted to see the finish up close. Really up close. |

Pais Vasco: Very suspicious result on stage 2, dominox!
I hope the next two stages suit Majka a bit better, if he can limit his losses he could jump a few places with the TT. I also wouldn't mind a rider getting into the breakaways even though traditonally they don't stand much of a chance in this race.

Betancur always sucks on stage 3 of Pais Vasco, I don't know what's with him on it. I hope he recovers. Finishing alongside with Majka is the worst.
Pulido with 5th on stage 2 Eat it Mohoric!

Wow, our first win comes in the team's first focus race. And we are standing pretty in the GC, points and teams classifications. I guess our form peaked at the right moment. I hope we can keep it together until the end of the tour.
I don't know what it is implied at Pais Vasco but I personally love dominox's PC. So far.
