Thanks everyone helping out with answering questions.
I'll try to create a calculator for the training packs later, but basically for every 100 you spend you get between 1,5 and 3 stat-points for each point in the table (so e.g. if it says 5 in the table you get between 7.5 and 15).
The age of decline is set when the rider is 25, but it will be done after research, so you can see it for the riders that are 25 now in the database that I'll provide for the season. The table Shonak posted is the correct one for that. However I think how exactly that is done might be adjusted slightly in the near future due to the development system having become more dynamic.
It's not the entire truth that a rider will decline a year later than what his AoD says. Decline is part of the development process which happens at the end of each season, so a rider will decline at the end of the season where his age is equal to his AoD. So if you want to save a rider from declining that currently hit his AoD, this research period is the last chance.

Statpack Calculator

To help you decide how much you want to spend on your stat packs, I created this tool.
There are two helpful tabs included:
Basestats#2 shows an extended basestat db where you can also see how much every rider is missing to improve in each of their stats.
Statpacks helps you calculate how much you should invest. There are two features:
1. In "Needed" you can put how much a certain rider is missing in a stat that you want to improve and in "Points" put how much points a certain statpack provides in that stat. When done that you get three values ranging from low to high. Low is the minimum with that you can possibly get the desired statpoints and High is the value you need to pay to be 100% certain to get them.
2. If you change the value "Price" you see the three tables updating. They show how much points each statpack awards at minimum (MIN), maximum (MAX) and a middle value (MID).
Disclaimer: The final results you get in a statpack are not equally distributed. Usually you don't have to fear to get the minimum available points, especially if you are spending much. |

Worked on first entries and fixed them. If you didn't receive a PM those were fine. Two things though:
1. For your dev team please always use the team number of your dev team, otherwise I have to fix every number manually. It's always the 2xx to your xx main team number.
2. Please don't use a filter when you copy the cells into the PM. If you hide some races you don't race then we don't receive your actual selection.

Could someone remind me ho much a maxed out scout costs? Can i get there with the 100 free scout budget or do I need to invest extra?

Correct. The formula is (quantity+quality)*20, with both between 1 and 3. So the cheapest scout is 40 and the best scout 120.

Just one more question: What happens if there are too many CT wildcard applications for a WT race? Will the race days be lost, or can we re-assign them later on?

You can reassign them later on. It rarely happens that a race is oversubscribed |
