The Race Planner files for ProTour Teams are available. It is named according to your PTHC bands, so please check first if those are correct !
e.g. for PTHC bands 1,2,3 it is the following link. For any other combination of PTHC bands, which is 20 combinations in total, just change the numbers in chronological order (e.g. ..._3_4_6 or ..._2_5_6 and not ..._3_1_5).
https://pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2020/Files/PT_blank_1_2_3.xlsm
You will need to fill in the ID, Rider Name and Race Day allocation yourself, using the database. These details will of course be checked once you submit the file.
Remember that if you plan to do training, a rider's OVL will increase. You can check this though in the DB. With CTRL+SHIFT+O you can calculate the OVL post training and get an updated rd number.
The race clash button allows you to check for race clashes automatically. To check them click the 'Check Race Clashes' button and wait for a text box prompt to appear, telling you the check has been completed. If you can't use macros, then you'll have to manually keep track of which races clash!
When completed upload to dropbox with the name "PT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there.
---
PCT/CT teams will receive their race planner file once all C1/C2 selection and Wildcard choices have been made. |

If you've already download your file, I would recommend re-downloading it.
The files now contain a macro, which will perform the Race Clash macro on just one row, or a selection of rows, at a time.
Simply select a cell in the row(s) you want to check the race clashes for, then do: CTRL+SHIFT+R.
In comparison, the race clash button always looks to check for all 30 of the available rider rows. So the new macro should make it quicker for you to check for clashes.

Well, I just rolled the 10% chance of any new Windows update breaking your PC, with none of the offered repair options working for now, so wish me luck trying to recover a week's worth of race planning!

Mine got fully deleted as well by an excel/USB stick issue including 2 other MG files.
Should be doable until Wednesday, but good luck! |

Hi the race days used formula is wrong for the 1_5_6 file. So wont add up the race days used.
It has an extra +( in the formula which gives it an error, but works fine if I delete it, but will that have an effect on it calculating the race days used accurately?

Not seeing this issue in my file.
Best is to check if e.g. the last race would be calculated. So Lombardia.
Whenever you upload the file in the end, I will notice anyway and come back to you if the RD was wrong. |

Well, something is drastically wrong with mine, since beyond the Criterium du Dauphine the race days are not calculated at all

Can you upload it to Dropbox and send me a PM? Can't check now and maybe only tomorrow, but can adjust then. |

Just wanted to highlight this as I'm sure some people are FAR from ready at this points (as usual)...
What will the consequenses be of the missed deadline? 1-2-3 races? As you might have noticed, I'm really not a fan of deadlines that is stretchy...
IMO the only way of ever getting people to act according to their responsibilities actions need to be taken when they don't. In this case it would be fitting if the managers (PT) would miss Badaling and Qatar f.e. if they haven't met the requirements.

Can I then fill those free spots with wildcards?
But on a serious note, I'm also not a fan of all the shame lists or extending the deadlines. If all the people behind the scenes have been working hard to get everything ready for the season by this time, then it shouldn't take much longer for people to fill in their planners

Recovery's been unsuccessful, so I'm gonna start from scratch and memory now.
This is where only having two leaders comes in handy!
