Happy to see Zabel end up in a great situation with an ideal team, even though that means we have to race against him. Pleasure doing business with you.

Thanks for all the kind comments, quite happy with how things have gone this year.
Goodbye Gaspar
Gaspar Goncalves signed for the team last year and was seen as an interesting rider for the future. Unfortunetely fate decided that his future was not with us and we wish him all well for the future!
Who needs a peleton? We prefer to race alone
2 more signings, both joining based on their strenght when racing alone. We hope to build a strong time-trialing team this year and both are going to be important factors.
Josh Atkins
Flat | Mon | Hill | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Sp | Acc | Fig | Dow | Prl | 75 | 54 | 68 | 78 | 74 | 75 | 72 | 66 | 61 | 63 | 70 | 64 | 77 |
Josh is a strong time-trialist and strong on the flat. He is going to be an important rider for us in ITTs and TTTs and also an important helper on flat stages. He was recieved in a swap with Goncalves
Sven Vandousselaere
Flat | Mon | Hill | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Sp | Acc | Fig | Dow | Prl | 74 | 55 | 69 | 76 | 72 | 72 | 71 | 62 | 70 | 71 | 76 | 60 | 76 |
The Belgian veteran joins from free agency and will both be an important TTer and leadout rider. We are very happy about managing to get him at a minimal wage.
Closing in on the full team now

4 left from last season, 2 new (but one returning). These are the riders we hope can deliver us a strong season in PCT and hopefully score enough points for us to return to PT. Guldhammer should be one of the stronger climbers in the division. Buchmann with some training is a rider we expect more and more from every season. Trentin dissapointed last season, but we really expect him to be among the best scorers in the division. Fiedler might be declining, but still one of the best riders in the world against the clock and we believe we have found a perfect calender for him this season. We have also for several seasons been riding without any really good sprinters, but we have changed that season with the signings of Zabel and Guardini, maybe the strongest sprinters we have ever had. In general we expect a lot from these 6 riders this season!
Domestiques
| Elia Favilli | 71 | 63 | 75 | 63 | 71 | 67 | 82 | 65 | 76 | 74 | 68 | 62 | 67 | | David Wohrer | 66 | 75 | 74 | 64 | 68 | 72 | 72 | 56 | 66 | 73 | 75 | 70 | 63 | | Luis Enrique Lemus Davila | 70 | 77 | 72 | 72 | 75 | 70 | 68 | 56 | 57 | 62 | 71 | 72 | 72 | | Alfredo Balloni | 73 | 60 | 66 | 78 | 67 | 71 | 68 | 54 | 63 | 67 | 72 | 64 | 78 | | Ziga Groselj | 69 | 63 | 75 | 72 | 72 | 73 | 68 | 53 | 72 | 72 | 72 | 63 | 72 | | Niki Ostergaard | 74 | 51 | 63 | 62 | 76 | 69 | 69 | 75 | 65 | 74 | 78 | 62 | 62 | | Josh Atkins | 75 | 54 | 68 | 78 | 74 | 75 | 72 | 66 | 61 | 63 | 70 | 64 | 77 | | Csaba Palyi | 73 | 66 | 71 | 73 | 72 | 73 | 69 | 71 | 72 | 74 | 71 | 69 | 72 | | Sven Vandousselaere | 74 | 55 | 69 | 76 | 72 | 72 | 71 | 62 | 70 | 71 | 76 | 60 | 76 | | Kevin Predatsch | 69 | 53 | 55 | 77 | 73 | 77 | 69 | 62 | 54 | 65 | 71 | 65 | 77 |
A strong group that gives us both depth and good support for our riders on all terrains. We have prioritized building a strong TTT squad that we hope can score us some extra points. We also expect a lot from Lemus Davilia who has finished developing and become a strong climber. We are also excited to see what riders like Favilli and Groselj could do this season with interesting stat combinations.
Talents
| Aaron Grosser | 69 | 63 | 72 | 63 | 72 | 71 | 72 | 58 | 75 | 74 | 60 | 67 | 70 | | Benjamin Brkic | 71 | 70 | 71 | 68 | 71 | 70 | 66 | 65 | 67 | 71 | 63 | 67 | 70 | | Simone Velasco | 71 | 68 | 71 | 59 | 72 | 69 | 65 | 64 | 68 | 72 | 71 | 68 | 61 | | Simone Ravanelli | 67 | 69 | 71 | 62 | 68 | 67 | 64 | 59 | 62 | 65 | 65 | 66 | 59 |
4 riders that apart from Grosser we do not expect a lot from this season, but hoping to see develop into good point scorers and helpers in the future. Rounding out a team with nationalitites that fits us really well and we are happy to make German, Italian and Austrian cycling stronger in the future.

Well, your TTT squad is definitely strong - hope you haven't seen the Repsol one, though
Guldhammer and Buchmann should definitely have more of an impact in PCT than they did last year in PT. Your sprinters look great, too, should be able to score lots of points when planned well.
While you do have two good domestiques each for mountains and hills, I guess other teams have more depth. The TTers are nice, but I don't know if the big points can be scored in that discipline - don't know your calendar yet
And good to see you also commit to talent development

Hey admins, one last time, are we sure we have the division right on these guys? Absolutely terrifying!

11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Maybe a touch less depth than some of the other teams, but I still struggle to see how this team doesn't win the division. The 6 leaders are very, very good, a trained Buchmann is gonna be a big pain in the ass and this team could've also still had Preidler
Scary, absolutely scary.

Thanks, I noticed that TT squad, hoped for some time to have 2 80+ TTers but someone wanted him more than me... Still without looking at all squads should be the second best for TTTs and that is more than enough for me
Thanks
Thanks, I really hope that the results are as good as I hope

I tried to tell SN and Roturn that! Convince them to give me my PT spot back!
Though in general when teambuilding it helps that most of the riders had a kinda dissapointing season last year and also has been with teams for several seasons. That keeps the wages down

The plan included Preidler
I really hope that the training will work well for him. I played with the idea of getting a bit more money and training Zabel to 82, or training Buchman to 78/80 instead of 76/81 but ended with this. Having leader for every terrain that is 81 or higher is quite pleasing though

This team is a masterclass in how to utilize a relegation to rebuild perfectly. Absolute banger of a team right here.

Promotion brings changes, and we are always open for talks. Some riders are more likely to leave the team than others, while there is only 1 rider that wont leave pretty much no matter what.
So without further ado, here is our availability list

Quite some good material "maybe" available (or even likely...). I guess we'll be in touch again, after one last-minute deal finally didn't work out last year

Mapei 2021
Leaders
Jonas Ahlstrand | 31 years old | wage: 710.000€
fl | mo | hi | tt | sta | res | rec | cob | sp | acc | fi | dh | prl | 74 | 60 | 67 | 60 | 74 | 73 | 79 | 67 | 83 | 82 | 59 | 64 | 72 |
New star sprinter Jonas will be the best sprinter we have ever had on the team. Spending many years in the now gone Volvo team he is used to a lot of pressure on his shoulders. We expect Jonas to be one of our real top scorers for the season!
Sam Bewley | 34 years old | wage: 680.000€
fl | mo | hi | tt | sta | res | rec | cob | sp | acc | fi | dh | prl | 76 | 67 | 69 | 69 | 75 | 73 | 82 | 81 | 81 | 80 | 66 | 75 | 69 |
The legend himself. One of, if not the best cobble classics rider in mangame history. He might be ageing, but he is still one of the real great riders of the game! Sam will lead the team on cobbles and get chanses to use his great sprint aswell!
Warren Barguil | 30 years old | wage: 500.000€
fl | mo | hi | tt | sta | res | rec | cob | sp | acc | fi | dh | prl | 70 | 81 | 75 | 70 | 77 | 77 | 82 | 55 | 64 | 75 | 66 | 76 | 70 |
Warren signed for a steep price from Moser, but we believe he will be worth it. A consistent climber that has always been able to churn out good results, and we expect him to continue doing that!
Emanuel Buchmann | 29 years old | wage: 385.000€
fl | mo | hi | tt | sta | res | rec | cob | sp | acc | fi | dh | prl | 71 | 76 | 81 | 67 | 73 | 74 | 74 | 57 | 65 | 73 | 67 | 70 | 67 |
Emanuel is one of the few riders to stay with the team in a very active transfer season. A strong hilly leader and our German face of the squad. We are happy to see Emanuel take another season in our jersey!
Full squad
Less "red" stats that we had last year, but the goal of the transfer season has been to build a deeper squad capable of doing many different things. We are particually excited about what Mathieu van der Poel can do for us over the season. Silva, Grosser and Cisse will ride a lof in support of Ahlstrand (and at times Bewley), while van den Berg and Schlecther will be main support for Bewley.
We kept Lemus Davila, while also signing Quintana, Destribois and Fabbro as new climbers, while riders like Groselj, Goncalves, Svab, Rodriguez and of course van der Poel will be important riders both on hills and for breakaways.
The TT squad is pretty mich butchered and Predatsch will both be leader and in truth the only member of it this season.
In general we are very excited about this squad, we have built it in quite another way than we usually do and concentrated much more on depth. Will be interesting to see how this season goes!
Shamelessly stole the formating
