Not the best day for those in a Campari jersey, but thanks for another great report

Zalgiris holding strong with a bunch of level 1s. Narvaez is gonna dominate next year, PCM18 loves the guy

Great stage performance there from Gaudu! The team doing well so far with 3 in the Top 10 at the moment. Hopefully we can maintain this moving forward.

Just 2 minutes, should be a walk in the park to win this race now

Areruya being visible in the GC results is kind of good enough - not a perfect ride but ok and now it's all forward. Schleck... well at least I knew this would happen but it still sucks Maybe it could give him some more license to attack and go for stages as well as a GC assault.
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Great performance from Castrillo! I'm sure he'll be a decent little rider for me moving forward.
Conci with a strong performance and definitely in with a shot at a strong GC performance. Gaudu in a good position to attack now that he won't be watched due to his lower GC position.

What an immense report! Thanks for this cunego!
Wonderful vitory from Oliveira. It's an inspiring result to see him triumph so precociously in Avenir. Sweet stage for us with also Gidich doing his part in the battle for GC!

Scotson disappointed in his two target stages. That's a bummer.
Thanks for a stunner report though!

Great job by Powless to grab yellow! Short bursty climbs are his weakest discipline in this race, so nice that he managed to stay in the front group. McCormick supported him well.
Both his prologue and TT were not spectacular but definitely solid and this consistency put him in yellow.
Defending it will be a huge challenge, but let's try anyway.

Groselj in 3rd and Penko in 8th are great stage results, better than I would've expected Looks like I'll have some decent time-trial riders in the future, Christodoulous will target an Avenir TT stage next season
Tadej also with a good ride up to 6th in GC, excited to see how he'll do in the mountains
Another great TT report

Still some god results from riders wearing the Campari jersey
Brilliant report just love the fact that you keep track on the GC from start to finish

Padun is facing an uphill battle - it won't be easy, but I have faith in him

Okay guys, we're not doing GC, that's fine. Just do something exciting now that we know that.

Cherkasov still going really well. Inkelaar not quite so. But that is to be expected I guess.

Agree on all that. He has the honor to be the first rider in a McCormick jersey, not called Holloway, to wear the leader's jersey in a race. Had hoped he would be the first not called Holloway to win a stage but I will take 1 out of 2.
Would be nice if he actually rode for us too. But as we support all US riders happy to have him in our colors. Good to see Barta fighting near the top as well.

Congratulations on the stage win, Gustavovskiy! But also to DubbelDekker for having Powless in the yellow jersey. Looking at three of the remaining stages, it will be difficult to defend yellow, but who knows. If the racing among the favourites is passive up until the Queen stage, he must fancy his chances.
Thank you for the in-depth report, cunego! |

Two inside the Top 10 is great. Starting to wish we could keep Barta after this season, but Xuban is showing his long-term worth as well. Simon Yates and Xuban should hopefully make for a dangerous hilly duo in the near future.

Good stuff by Aidan. Roman only doing Anchor-things, which is fine if that certain guy keeps on winning.

Aidan is too good for this game!
Nice to see Carlsberg active and put two riders in the breakaway. Also good to see Sosa do well on the final climb, trying to help Müller. All in all, definitely happy with that stage. |
