It's definitely a Gerolsteiner jersey, but I don't remember a lot of riders they had. One of the names I remember is Robert Förster, but he was a sprinter, so it's probably not him

Gerolsteiner and not a sprinter is correct, however it's none of the riders mentioned so far.
I'm happy I found someone Freitas didn't recognize immediately
