EDIT: I think it was during my early days here, not sure but Waghlon, wherever he is now, had an avatar saying “I <3 Yannick Talabardon” iirc. So perhaps an old reference for most.  |

You're right! It's Ivan Parra, the winner of two king mountain stages of Giro 2005 in a row, and his brother Fabio was third in GC of Tour de France in 1988 and second on Vuelta in 1989.
