I've used the Fast Editor for creating a personal level of dificulty both in PCM18 and 19, I can't do the same now in 20. I don't know what's going on, I've tried several aproaches but couldn't. I've also had that PCM Spain dificulty pack installed which works in the game, however I can't seem to even edit those, in the editor it all seems to work fine but in the game nothing changes.
I think I do it normal, open the local CDB of the game, Race difficulty and create another tab, put some numbers in there and give it a name, maybe it's something regarding that penultimate tab that has a number up to 3108...
Anyhow any help would be appreciated, want to start a career and it's really frustrating to not have the dificulty proper set up
Did you try just changing an existing difficulty? I've sometimes had editor issues when creating new lines compared to just editing an irrelevant existing one.
Yes I've edited one of the dificulties that came from the Spain pack, however as a way to confirm if it worked I deleted two others but they were still in the game, don't think it's worked. As for one of the already existing I can try

It didn't work unfortunately, it doesn't make sense as I've been able to edit the attributes databases but not the local. If anyone's got tips I'd really appreciate, in the meantime I'm gonna try out 1,25 which came with the dificulty pack. Anyone's tried it yet?
How do I create a new database of my own with fast editor? I just want to put the names corrrectly and change some stats but i tried with in the database folder from steamapps and in mod and he doesn't show in the game?
