The Ranaweera Karlsson rivalry is continuing in this one, hopefully we can get the better of it and take the youth jersey here.

Sadly quite a boring day, but hey that will make the next one so much more exiting
Thanks for a great report.
NB: You should rename the report to "Int. Osterreich Rundfahrt stage 1".

Senni finishing with the winner, no one outside of the time limit, long live boring stages!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

A dull stage to start things off. Solid result for us though.
Hopefully stage 2 will bring a bit more of excitement though.

Wow, De La Cruz, I'm impressed with that 4th place, keep it up! |

A boring stage for sure, but Warbasse finishing on the same time as the winner is an unequivocal victory for us. If he can survive tomorrow in decent shape, he should have a real chance to get a solid GC placing here.

Newton sighting was nice for a rather dull stage.

I know there weren't as many KOM points on stage 2 apart from the finish, but I was still hoping Petrovski will try again, then rest on the flat stage 3 and try again stage 4 and 5.
But the way our breakaways have gone so far, I won't be surprised if I don't see him up the road again for the entire race
Congrats to Sykkel that was an amazing win by Bonnin

Thanks for another great report.
Daniel Martin being aggressive is a good sign, 7th is fine.

He actually did try on this stage, after the first group was able to get away he made an effort, but too many others did as well and he was unable to pull away from the peloton.
Think you can see him pull off to the left of the road after his attempt in my picture of Manfredi in the actual report.

Just our luck I guess Thanks for taking the time to provide an explanation
Maybe I would've noticed him if he was wearing his NC jersey, but he hasn't done that all season anyway.

Better for us I guess, Grmay better but still not in a great position on GC, and Dyrnes, Ngamoki-Cameron in the break and also Higuita trying was nice - shame it was just a kilometre or so too long for Dyrnes to hold on for a result of some kind!

11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

De La Cruz still up there, he might be able to get a really good GC-placement before the finishing TT |

Yes, perfect execution of our breakaway plan today! Masnada is making some good publicity to find a loan-in team for next season Signorini, however, is really hopeless with PCM 18...
But I won't complain. Our goal was to steal some points, and that's pretty much what we did today. Let's do the same on stage 4, and maybe climb up a bit in the KoM standings and have 2-3 Top 50 GC finishes, then this race would be a success. I'm still wondering about what went wrong yesterday, though...
Thanks for a great report!

A very similar stage to yesterday but at least we got some action in the final kilometer. The result isn't as pleasing as yesterday's though. Martin and Choi have the upper hand on the 4-6th fight. It shouldn't be easy to outplace them now.
Impressive victory from Bonnin and also great stage for Centovalli. Thanks for the beautiful report Kent!

Oh, that is only a small issue to adjust. I don't have a specific champions jersey for your team, but did notice an issue with the Macedonian champion jersey file name and fixed that, so next stage he should be in a very solid red jersey with the country flag stitched in both front and back.

Ranaweera is still in the top 10, but has lost a bit of time to Karlsson for the youth jersey, hopefully he has the better legs and is able to gain that back on a future stage.

Pluchkin a step above the rest as usual, but Uran up to second is good. Now we need to defend it...

Superb effort from Bonnin! This is exactly the sort of thing we brought him in for; break away on mountainous stages and go for KoM's and stages. Very impressed that he managed to hold the likes of Pluchkin and Uran behind him on the climb.
Moschella has had a good race so far too, though the remaining stages doesn't really suit him, so I don't expect him to stay in the GC top 15.
Thanks a lot for another great report, Kentaurus!
