Is that the Mur de Kigali though? I have no clue who that is, he looks like a fatty Peter Sagan though Yacine Hamza maybe?

Though wait, he looks a little young and tall and that pic is definitely from a Croatian race. I'd guess Istrian Spring Trophy.

I love the bottles though, that company must make a good sponsor. He's too young for Rogina or Mugerli, and he doesnt look like Roglic, Per, Kump or Novak really. Very difficult. If I'd have to guess from the young guns it's Aljaz Jarc.

I'll let you have it just for figuring out the race, and as I know you'll list Adria Mobil riders all day if left without a response. Plus as according to Google it was Rogina, but you've put enough doubt in my mind now |

That's real tough one. My guess would also be Aljaz Jarc, but you couldn't be faulted if you thought it was Ziga Horvat or Gasper Katrasnik.
Definitely not Kump, Rogina, Brajkovic or the Per brothers though as some mentioned
Race is an easy guess though

Who's this beautiful man that magnificently managed to beat the Skybots' ass in a 3-man finish? |

Is it Kenny Van Hummel, during his struggle through the 2009 Tour? First name that comes to mind seeing a Skil-Shimano kit. |

No clue at all, really confused by who this may be... Doesn't seem to look like anyone I can think of, but I saw Xavier Florencio wore some bracelets, other than these, on other photos, so maybe this is him?

For some reason, he does look weirdly Iberian, doesn't he?

I have no clue at all. But his choice of bands on his arms looks questionable at best.
