Impresive ride by Asgreen, btw third time in recent years that a solo move is going to the finish in Kuurne, that's quite a good deal to try it.
Ddin't understand what happened on one of last roundabout, where someone in front of the group went straight on the wrong way...why can this happen?
about Moscon stuff, he is always bad on manage nervous situations, maybe his role in team ineos somehow frustrates him.
I really hope that at the end of the year he will sing for another team where he can play a leader role, because Imo he is wasting a huge talent.

I really hope the rider I hate the most will stay on the team I hate the most.

Always love the opening weekend and this was one of the most enjoyable. Next up Le Samyn a race I've really gotten to love over recent years, a lesser field but always highlighted by a few of the big cobblers.

Fine, I'll do another preview..
Le Samyn is the opener of the Walloon cycling season, but unlike most of their races in the Ardennes, this one is all about the cobbles. It's actually much closer to Roubaix, both geographically and in race profile.
The startlist seems to be getting better each year, with a lot of big names showing up. From the previous winners, only Senechal (2019), Terpstra (2016 & 2018) and Boeckmans (2015) return, but plenty of new blood with Omloop winner Jasper Stuyven as the main favourite. We also have Dillier and Vandenbergh as a pure cobbler duo for AG2R. NTT has Boasson Hagen with Kuurne runner up Nizzolo looks like a dangerous combo as well. A similar combo for B&B Hotels with Coquard and De Backer.
If it comes to a sprint, which I highly doubt, there's some other fast guys. Hodeg for Quickstep seems a long shot, as they have top cobblers in the team, but guys like Merlier and Hofstetter have shown they can hang on in Kuurne. Petit, Dupont and Capiot haven't shown much in the opening weekend, so not sure about them. Finaly there's McLay, but I really have no idea how he does on cobbles.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

A number of potential winners but the two obvious choices are Stuyven and Terpstra along with the Wolf Pack, and I hope it's raining!

Terpstra with a flat while Quick Step is destroying what's left of the peloton.

Yeah, this is great racing. Whoever wins, he'll deserve it for still being there.

Massive props to David Dekker. He definitely won't be on a CT team anymore next season.
