2019 has already finished, so it's time to get your nominations in for the 2019 PCMDaily awards! Also, It'd be really appreciated if you could bump the thread after you vote.
Rules and deadlines
1. You're allowed to nominate up to three members per award.
2. You do not have to nominate members for every award.
3. Voting will start by the first week of January, so nominations must be in by 23:59 on the 19th of January (Daily Time). The sooner the better though, as we will need time to set up the voting threads.
4. Banned members are not eligible for any award.
5. Members with more than 20 posts are allowed to vote.
6. Nominations have to be PM'ed to Croatia14.
7. There is no minimum or maximum limit on how many can be included in a poll, it will depend on the amount and spread of nominations for that category.
8. When the voting takes place, you are allowed to vote once in every category.

If you have any questions about the technicalities of a particular category, please ask below.
Note 1: Site Initative is for an admin-led activity. The idea of User Project is to reward a member for the work they do on a particular activity, not to vote for the activity itself, which may be eligibile for the Forum Thread or Forum Game awards. So when nominating for a user project please include the member's name, and the activity you are nominating them for.
Note 2: The Graphical Artist award is for non-Jersey related graphics.
Note 3: MG Manager of the Year is not meant to reward the team's performances - the intention is to repay the manager's commitment to the game when it comes to helping out, reporting, staying active etc.
Note 4: New MG Manager of the Year is only for the additions of the 2018 season.
Note 5: WT Stage Race of the Year doesn't include Grand Tours.

As the member who collected the nominations last year I can only recommend to nominate. There are lots of categories where a single nomination more or less would add/remove someone from the award polls. "Every vote matters" is much more true than in many other instances.

I apologize for not getting nominations in. I wrote a bunch out a few days ago and my computer crashed before I could post. Didn't have the motivation to write them out again that night, and then forgot until just now.
