The Race Planner files for ProTour Teams are sent to each dropbox folder. It is named according to your PTHC bands, so please check first if those are correct !
You will need to fill in the ID, Rider Name and Race Day allocation yourself, using the database. These details will of course be checked once you submit the file.
Remember that if you plan to do training, a rider's OVL will increase. You can check this though in the DB. With CTRL+SHIFT+O you can calculate the OVL post training and get an updated rd number.
The race clash button allows you to check for race clashes automatically. To check them click the 'Check Race Clashes' button and wait for a text box prompt to appear, telling you the check has been completed. If you can't use macros, then you'll have to manually keep track of which races clash!
When completed upload to dropbox with the name "PT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there.
---
PCT/CT teams will receive their race planner file once all C1/C2 selection and Wildcard choices have been made. |

More than 2 weeks since the PT managers got their planners.
And still lots are missing. So please work on them and PM Mangame-Admin once you have uploaded. |

Same. Mine is done, but am checking here and there to make sure I don't have any major hickups. I'll send it tomorrow at latest.

Still a few missing. Throughout all divisions.
Likely have most time on Wednesday or Thursday. So would be very appreciated if all managers have send them in by then! |

Just looked back and all teams were finished within 2 weeks of transfers finishing last year.
Surprising that still teams have not submitted, more than 2 weeks after transfers ended this year.

Its unreasonable to expect people to set aside an hour to do such incredibly tough tasks

Is this irony?
For me it is really reasonable to expect just that. |

Took more than 8 hours for me

Definitely took me more than an hour, but a big part was before the planner was even available as some leaders planning was needed to optimize C1/C2 selections.
Sometimes not all pieces fall into place, but in the end you just have to make a decision and stand by it. That goes for life in general as well

It definitely took me more than an hour, too. And I don't even know about a lot of details yet (which rider fits exactly which terrain), so I focused on best possible rider development and having roughly the right leaders for each race.
But hey, the game is the same as real life: sometimes you need to take nasty decisions, and as long as you don't have a deadline, you wait, and wait, and wait and hope it takes care of itself. Having deadlines in a game is not that cool, but as someone said before (TMM?), "open deadlines" don't help a lot, either.
But I've got full trust in MGUCI that they'll find good solutions so we won't have to eventually skip a whole season in the game. And if some help would be appreciated (except for graphics stuff, that isn't my world), I do have some spare time in the next two weeks.

It has taken me a lot of hours, but most of my important riders was already in the team so those were planned (sort of) well before transfers ended. I picked my PTHC band from the riders I knew I had/would go for - those are also "easy" to plan.
My biggest issue was around GT's, but at some point you also have to just make a call and go with it.
