The first 10 nations in today's race gain an additional spot in the Tokio TT next year, and Roglic only missed out on that by 13 seconds.
So surely even three minutes down, there was still a reason to finish as fast as possible.

Remco Kid is insane. Also nice to see that Dennis still got it, good win after such issues the last couple of months.

Merida must be pissed that Dennis has won the title riding a bike of someone else's brand

Most importantly: today proved that all my PCM careers with Remco where he got medals in this TT weren't unrealistic!
I shouldn't have had to consider replaying!!

Remco too kind not to ridiculize his opponents today so he can do it on Sunday. (Together with MVP ) |

Ganna had the best helmet
Castroviejo took a drink
I had to get a good Jungels shot
But it was all about Dennis' bike
And Evenepoel

Great report, SN, thanks for sharing.
Quinn Simmons is very good, not surprised that he won given his current results. Another one to the watchlist. |

Impressive solo bridge by Geniets to join the ~24 leaders. 2 laps of the final circuit to decide the U23s.

Yeah, and what makes it even sadder, is that he crashed from a potential medal as a junior back in Bergen two years ago.
Though, this is looking promising for a home win! |
