General
Presentation
Romanian/Austrian oil company OMV Petrom has decided to join the ManGame ranks with their own cycling team. They have joined forces with the Albanian board of tourism to form OMV Petrom-Albania.al Cycling team. Their goal is to promote cycling in Romania and Albania, who have been oversights when it comes to cycling. They will also bring in riders from Austria. International riders will be welcome as well.
The backers have brought in unknown Mr. Azerbaijan as a team manager. Their hope is, that he will be able to sign some good riders and lead the team to some victories. Visibility and adjusting to the pro cycling circuit are the primary goals of their virgin season.

Jersey
The final design has been revealed. Created by the great hillis91. We are very excited to be riding in such a beautiful creation. The designer will reveal it tomorrow, and then it will be put on display in our HQ.
Mr. Azerbaijan's opinion: It's a very recognizable jersey. Beautiful colour scheme. Very visible. We are very proud to be riding in such a creation.
Team profile
We will aim to mainly have riders from our home nations. Petrom is a company from Romania, so we will bring in Romanian riders. They have been bought by Austrian company OMV, so of course we will try to sign riders from Austria. Finally, we have a partnership with Albanian board of tourism, so we will look to promote cycling in Albania by having riders from there as well.
Other than that, we have no restrictions. Great riders, who fit the team, can come from all over the world. We know first hand how it feels to be an overlooked cycling nation, so if we can help a small country by signing one of their riders, we wont hesitate to do so.

As promised, a more in depth presentation of the first riders signed to our team.
Ylber Sefa - Nation: Albania - Age: 28 - Specialisation: Flat
Ylber has been signed to be a domestique in the sprints. He has decent sprint stats, so he will also function as a leadout as well as capitan de route.
Main stats: FLA 73, SPR 72
Redi Halilaj - Nation: Albania - Age: 30 - Specialisation: Mountain
Redi is signed to be a domestique as well. Experienced rider, who will help the mountain leaders.
Main stats: MTN 73, HIL 71
Oleg Berdos - Nation: Romania - Age: 32 - Specialisation: Mountain
Oleg is an experienced climber, with a punchy finish. He is 32 years old so he has plenty of rides in his legs and he will help the team as a domestique, when the roads rise.

Lucian Voinea - Nation: Romania - Age: 28 - Specialisation: Hills
Lucian is a domestique for the northern classics. He is best when the ride is bumpy.

Stephan is a rider, who will get his own chances. Enjoys hilly rides.

Alexandr is a rider who is great against the clock. He has decent skills on hills as well, so he will be an important piece in TTT's.

Tyron will be our mountain leader. He is a climber with good endurance, so he will be hard to shake when the road really rises.

Alexander Krieger - Nation: Germany - Age: 28 - Specialisation: Sprint
Alexander will be our sprint leader. He has great speed and acceleration. He is not great on hills, so as flat as possible for this German speedster.

Andrei Voicu - Nation: Romania - Age: 26 - Specialisation: MTN/HIL
Andrei is a developmental rider. Aged 26, he will be a late bloomer, who we hope can become a decent mountain domestique in time.

Emil is another rider who is a project. At just 22 he will gain lots of experience, and hopefully develop his stage racing skills.

Emiljano is like Andrei Voicu. An older guy, 28, who we still haven't seen the full potential of. In time we would ideally see him become a leadout man.

Benjamin is a raw prospect. He has decent stats in pretty much everything, so he can pretty much choose his own path.

Nikolay is a veteran TT rider, who will be an invaluable asset in TTT's and in individual TT's.

Our cobbles leader. Christoph has great experience. Lacks the stats to become a real winner, but will place decently in many cobbled races.

Good to see Krieger in CT division.
Was tempted to bid on him for talent deveopment nostalgic reasons but wouldn`t have much use for him without a top top sprinter anymore guaranteed a sprint train basically.
In CT he should at least fight for some glory. |

Our 16th rider is in place. 29 year old Hungarian, Swiss army knife Csaba Palyi.
Csaba can support riders in hills, on the cobbles and in sprints as well as being a decent time trialist.
