Well, it looks like Appo finally just completely gave up, so that's great. Meanwhile, seeing Nolf in a KOM jersey is a sign of the apocalypse if I ever saw one, but I'll take it.

?
Honestly it feels like the "low SP with high substat" strategy is gone this season with such a strong field of sprinters, I mean even Holloway had AI issues, which is a shame to see.

Absolutely shocking from Moser and Bouhanni. They are a big part of why we're going down because they've consistently been awful and haven't managed anything when they're riding together. At least it's an issue we won't have next season...

Decent race with 8th in the GC, considering the field, a stage podium and an unexpected 3rd in the KOM.
Sorry to dampen Netia's spirits a little bit, but I think the Team's standings need a position wise recalculation. PCM doesn't do it by itself and just puts up a random order.
Thanks for the reports otherwise Vien and congrats on the win Bikex! The abuse worked

Roturn did that for me yesterday. So these results are correct
But didn't expect Netia to win that either.

Bumper return for Netia then! Thanks again

Guerao finally! Thats some way to underline your promotion, congrats Bikex. He always had it in the tank, now he pulls it off
Very good result for Netia as well, especially winning the Team Classification. They got more than expected out of this and maybe could be closed the gap to Lierse...

The only reason we got points this race is Marcos jumping in the break with some accidental bonus seconds at a sprint.
Thanks for the reports Vien, congrats to SPAR!

Well I take that back, maybe I overreacted a little bit.
It just seemed like he would go to his usual self and stop caring about good results. It's great to see that Guerao finally showed what he is capable of in his last race of the season.
Overall an almost perfect race for me, only unfortunate that Hsu lost contact in the last stage and his good position in the U25 classification.
Thanks for the great reports, Vien!

Appo looked like he had some momentum but not enough road to move up there. I suppose so did everyone else in that kind of drag race. Empty race for him.
Nolf wins something! Of course it's a useless competition with basically no points available, but it's something.
Thanks for the reports!

Areruya 25th on GC is very nice. Tosh slightly abysmal.

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Ah, so close to the win! But 2nd and 10th in the GC, a stage win and the points jersey is nevertheless fantastic. Really good way to end the season for Guarnieri
Thanks for your hard work lately Vien! Enjoyed the reports.

Congrats Bikex and thanks to Vien for the reports.
The team turned up for 3 of the stages and provided everybody with a leadout, should get a percentage of the winners points for that
Cav managed to get us our top 5 goal but really should have managed a stage win to reward the work the team did.

Nice reporting thanks.
Sprinters enjoyed their Carib holiday, and their agents have been notified that their services will not be required beyond the end of the season (they already sem to have decided to pack it in as it is!).
Vandousselaere on the other hand manages to do as here at least once a season every year, so is potentially more welcome back on the books given also his reliability as a domestique. Gaining intermediate seconds on two occasions returns a worthwhile GC placing given none of the rest of our riders seem interested in the racing going on.
