Idea: Greater Customization of Pro Cyclist
Explaination of idea: A lot of Pros have their own flare in peloton, whether it be different coloured or styled shoes compared to team mates or stickers on the bike. Now, this is a slippery slope to micro transactions, but maybe could be a use for that in game earnings... With that, you could unlock more customization features for the be a pro to stand out in the peloton a little more. Either use that to purchase the changes OR as an unlock progression system; once you've earned $100,000 then this becomes available type deal.
Why (No one word or some word posts): Adds a bit more flavour and personality to the be a pro as well as progression in the game mode. Achieving certain goals could also unlock specific things, like winning the TdF could grant you a yellow coloured bike frame.
When you can't decide between two options, flip a coin. Not because the result of the coin will choose for you, but because, in that split second before the coin lands, you'll know what side you want it to fall on. |

Je vois une nouvelle nomenclature dans le dossier \\\Pro Cycling Manager 2019\Sound\Comment\fraoreng\NAMES(tres bonne nouvelle pour moi car elle est complete, triée par le nom de famille et évite les doublons) mais il aurait fallut l'uniformiser avec celle ci \\\Pro Cycling Manager 2019\Gui\cyclist_photo.

Slow Motion Option
Explaination of idea:
I would love to have an option of making the simulation slower during a race. Beside 1x 2x 4x 8x, it would be great to have additional options like 0.75x 0.5x, 0.25x or some sort of.
Why (No one word or some word posts):
Since PCM 2016, the game is no fun for me anymore. In about 70% of the stages, the race's outcome is determined at the last 3-4 km. At the current scale, that's like 10 seconds or less which feels very chaotic. The sprint phase was the most exciting part of the game but now it just feels broken, if one knows the good old sprint slow-mos. |

WC nations by CQ Ranking
Explaination of idea:
Nations competing in WC will be determined by Nations's CQ Ranking.
Why (No one word or some word posts):
My pro cyclist is from country like New Zaeland or something like this, so his national team isn't competing. But with this idea the top countries in CQ will be competing. So if my pro is good and he grabbed good amount of points, he will be competing in WC with his nation. Also the amount of riders competing will be determined by order of ranking.
It wasn't my idea but I completely agree with it.

using cheat engine you can do what you say
abres pro cycling manager
then open cheat engine
in cheat engine you choose the process of the game
then you give to enable speedhack and you put it at the speed you want

Explanation of idea: A return to how scouting used to work in the game. A scout is sent to a partilcuar territory and scouts there until he has scouted all the riders,.
Why (No one word or some word posts): Far more logical and fun. Allows for a team to keep a geographical focus or specialist focus

Idea: More realistic fitness loss when injured.
Explanation of idea : Although it is possible to manually set training to none, the come back day is never displayed. It would be easier if the game sets a rider who is injured to no training and at return sets the training to hard. |

I would endorse this, except the scout shouldn't have to stay. If you found a guy you like (say you were looking for a cobble rider in Belgium, then you could re-assign your scout to a different region. That is how I remember it working when I really enjoyed it. |

Idea: Be able to choose your leaders in Programme.
Explanation of idea: Let the user manually select or change who the leaders are in the training programme portion.
Why: the program does a horrible job of it, and even if it didn't each user might have a different preferred way of doing it. I would love to select a NC leader, A Hilly classics leader, a Giro leader, A TDF leader and a Sprint leader, and then be able to easily assigning who I wanted as teammates for each from my entire roster. BONUS for then being able to assign your leader to a race and have all his teammate also be assigned automatically with him. |

Idea: First Person Cam
Explaination of idea: Camera inside the helmet to really feel the rider's life. With the garmin in front of the bike showing the data (heart rate, speed, power watts, mileage, race time)
Why (No one word or some word posts): It would give much more realism. We would feel more the experience of the rider.
Idea: Cyclist Comfort Bar and More Animations and Dynamic Options
Explaination of idea: A bar shows the rider's comfort during the race, so you have to switch positions on the bike to increase comfort. For example: Standing on the bike, getting off the drop, sitting at the end of the saddle, going further back in the saddle.
Why (No one word or some word posts): It would give you more options to play while racing, not just looking or speeding up time to go fast.
Idea: More Animations and Graphics
Explaination of idea: The team cars appearing in the background. The cyclist who catches water, showing catching and the bottles appearing on his body. In the dining areas, show the teams with the supply bags, with the cyclists picking up.
Why (No one word or some word posts): It would be much more enjoyable and would improve the graphic part of the game as well as increase the realism. |

Idea: Add more staff positions
Explaination of idea: Add more possible staff, like sports directors and mechanics.
The function could be a bit like medical staff, where you could assign sports directors and mechanics to races.
Mechanics could have a rating like from 1-10, which would then be added as a sort of equipment-bonus (or maybe even reduced risks of puncturing).
Sports directors could also have a rating from 1-10 across the different race-categories (cobble, hill, stage race, sprint, etc.), which would then amount to either a sort of ability bonus for the riders or would only affect the outcome when simulating - the logic being that the sports director is the one in charge.
Why (No one word or some word posts): In reality teams have much more staff than in PCM + would give added layer in actual gameplay. |

Idea: Regional races
Explanation of idea: How is it ever possible for a continental team to travel all over the world? I follow continental teams irl and these teams rarely cross the border to do a race. Continental pro teams do travel as they have more funds to travel. So weird to see Colombian Continental teams at Belgium 1.2 and 2.2 races.I think keeping it regional will make it more interesting choosing a team and add to more flavor to the super prestige. https://stervanzwo...ge_id=6859 This was the start list 2019 Ster van Zwolle , no Pro continental teams and only Dutch and Belgium Continental teams and amateur cycling teams.
Why: To mimic UCI Regions and make continental pro teams more interesting to play.

I know ive said this for years but..
-Bring back the real faces of star riders
-Make personalities and riding styles (better ai experience)
-Team cars behind peloton (more strategy needed)
-Specific equipment for each rider (bikes, glasses etc)
-Give us the option -natchamp_gloves etc
-1:1 ratio final 1 km
IMO these features should've been implemented years ago.
Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever.

Idea: Option to start a custom team during second season
Explaination of idea: In Career mode, like in Football Manager, why not have an option to start the first season without a team. Then you have two options
1: Take over a team whose sponsor is not renewing at the end of the season
2: Get in touch with sponsors during the season and work with them to create your own custom team. In this case, it will be harder to create a custom team as you will only have the choice to sign riders that are free at the end of the season.
Why: It will make the custom team creation in career mode more realistic. It is very easy to create a very good team in custom mode and having access to only riders that are free at the end of the season would make the game more realistic. There would also be available riders that are not interested in signing for your team, so this means more difficulty in creating a good team straight away. There could be negotiations between you and sponsors, with a random difficulty created on each new career. So in one career, you could find a new sponsor pretty easily, like Sky/Ineos for example, so you have plenty of time to organise your squad. And in other careers, the negotiations could be more difficult or even not find a sponsor until very late in the season, like BMC/CCC or Katusha/Israel academy. This means that you have a very limited pool of riders available to sign |

While I'd try that, it's something you can emulate fairly well. You could start a career and only sign free riders, maybe restrict yourself further. Or you could start with a custom team and only hand out 1-year contracts and throw a dice to decide when you can start negotiations for the next (first real) season. To not get attached to your current throwaway team you simulate the season without even watching.

Idea: World Championship U21 in Pro Cyclist Mode
Explanation of idea: The chance you would get selected for the WC as a pro in your first year looks impossible but you would still get normally selected in real life for the U21 Category
Why: An extra goal for the year
Idea: Extra options to spend the money you earn through your career
Explanation of idea: The more you win money you could spend it on clothes (for example shoe colours), maybe as a future Grand Tour star you can buy a house and do your training in the mountains to develop better,...
