Points. It's points you can use to pick teammates or change your calendar/races. It's basically an indication on your status in the team. Example Sagan can ride whatever he wants and pick his teammates. If the team offer you 20-40 PTS you do not have much power to change anything.

Has anyone noticed frame rate issues with 2019? I ran 2018 on max settings and got no issues with gameplay, now with 2019 i am on max and struggling to get 15fps. |

So, Mountain stages still end in sprints and groups of 10-15 cyclists. Nibali cant win time in descents for people in 60s.
Time to refund. |

Is there anyone who passed to third season in pro cyclist? I've read that there is crash after second season but I dont know if it always happen |

Its fine (without mods). But the loading time in the 3rd season increased (3rd season i reached WT.)

What potential of cyclist do you recommend? I've choosen the highest one and 19 years old but after few months I started winning first races and I am aware that in second season game become too easy.
I am thinking about starting over with one level lower potential |

I started this year with the second lowest, but i would recommend the lowest for the longest way to reach the top. Also i would use "extreme".
Edit: And, dont use U-Races - you will gain too much and too easy points. Dont use the skillpoints, which increase your XP after a month, etc.
Edit 2: Dont use these network skill points to contact other teams more than 1 pt .... its in mya opinion a little bit too easy to get a contract from a top team.

Ok. I think that lowest one might be too hard for me.
I am not so good in this game. Last pro cycling manager I played was 2010 I think.

U 23 Races ... the lowest one means only the xp gain is lowered to the minimum. |

So with the lowest potential cyclist can improve to same max atributes like with the highest but it will take more time? |

I have a problem with sponsor satisfaction.
Ok lets say my goal is to win Paris - Nice, then i win paris nice. My sponsor satisfaction goes up. Then i simulate to the next day and it drops below the point it was before i fullfilled the goal. This happens after i fullfill every goal and my sponsor trust is almost on zero now although i fullfill all goals. What am i doing wrong? |
