However next time he will be much more expensive for sure.

That should give a ban from Velogames. |

I also added Froome last minute Even if I had Froome, if I had kept Van Aert along with Yates, Buchman, Fuglsang and Kruijswijk I'd be in the top 5 or 6 at the moment. As it stands I'm 20th (which still isn't too bad given my 5 other riders have scored 75 points between them so far )

I can’t comment, went with Joris Sunwebguy and he has given me nothing so far,nd probrably will not, van Aert was never an option, plus I don’t know why my brain doesn’t choose Fuglsang ever, except in the Ardennes. |

Thanks that thread has made me feel a lot better
Van Aert will soon be at Sagan prices alright...or perhaps Merckx prices

Yeah, changing Van Aert for De Marchi as the final decision doesn't leave me with a great feeling, especially when my GC picks seem to be okayish (leaving out Pinot will probably hurt, and Buchmann's cost was 2 points too much).
These crosskids are just too good for the game
And Clamel seems to have got it all right for Dauphine, which makes me expect a very strong push to extend the overall lead when the weekend is done. I'll need my team for the Women's Tour to keep up, eventhough Vos is out. Yesterday was promising, but today seems to be the key, with the climbs being significantly longer. |

Lots of luck ember and I think I am on a roll in VG.
Then comes TDF and those 3 weeks races have never been my cup of tea.
Your ladies in OVO doing great, mine isn't. The season is not even half done so it will be a hard run to the very end.
I need a win soon, since been winless I think since 2017. But lots of top 5 and those gives good points too. Overall I can't complain.
Challenge the two masters overall is thrilling, and probably hard to keep up in the end. Happy as far as it goes.

Congratz to ember for his win in OVO Women’s Tour! Fine overall tesult too considering the unpredictability.
2nd place for me, best result this year, surprisingly considering two days prior to the start of the race Elizabeth Banks was an actress for me, I had no idea who Demi Vollering was and thought Lizzie Deignan and Lizzie Armitstead were two different riders. Thank you, cyclingnews preview. |

Thank you both! My team really picked up the pace on stage 4, having 1-2-3-5-6-8 there, and a 1-2-3-4-6-9 in the GC. A pity Brennauer and especially Lippert couldn't hang on on the following stage, the Queen stage. Especially Lippert, who apparently was the final rider that had to let the group go, cresting the summit of the final climb. Must admit I hoped for an even better overall result after stage 4, but it kind of faded with Lippert and Brennauer just missing out on the selective group on the Queen stage.
Happy to score some bonus points there, as they're needed seeing what's going on in the Dauphine |

Congrats to Clamel on the Dauphine win! Despite losing Yates to the overnight sickness epidemic sweeping the peloton

Thank you mates, and my own congrat to ember for his win in Women's. The leaderboard is hotting up.
Yes riders lost sometimes just strike bad and is very unlucky. Nothing that anyone can prepare for at the start. Just fingers croosed they all finish.
That's why the 3 GT could be so devastating when losing someone early.
If I'm not seen wrong IanRussell is starting in good form in Tour de Suisse. As I said the leaderboard is hotting up indeed.
Great fun

League table updated. Congrats to Clamel and Ember on their wins.
Clamel extended his overall lead at the Dauphine, however a win a 10 bonus points for ember at the Women's Tour sees him retake the overall lead. Ian Russell put in two solid performances but has still lost ground over the top two. He is pulling away in third with Timo and Freitas at a distant 4th & 5th.
It's turning into a two horse race. But who would bet agsainst Ian putting together a couple of overall wins to get back into contention in the second half of the season.

In other news my Suisse team got knobbled. I had Asgreen and swapped him out for someone. Can't remember who it was but whoever it was didn't start so I've ended up with Koen Bouwman in my team
That's another race out the window then.
