It's a strange issue. I was ready to play a stage, and the stage was loading. But my girlfriend turned on the heater and microoven, and suddenly the light went off.
I tried to load again the stage, but is blocked in Decompressing (100%). So, I tried in another career, and the stage loading works.
What can I do? I took a file from weekly saves, but didn´t work
First tip is to just try again (and again). It still happens to me once in a while that a stage won't load on the first go, it hasn't been long since the last time I saw one fail at that point.
I don't see how a power outage could mess up your save game, and certainly not the weekly save. There's a small chance that the one stage is corrupt (and has always been), have you tried loading it as a single stage? Does simulation work? And if you aren't prepared to simulate you could just substitute in a different stage. You wouldn't even need an editor, just find out what stage it is, rename it slightly, find a similar stage, make a copy and give it the original name of the faulty stage.

As for crashes when loading stages in 3D more, my personal rule is: I'll try three times, if it crashes every time, I simulate. Happens very, very rarely.
