In the end that unmeasured gap on stage 3 was the difference between a top 5 for Steensen, which is pretty disappointing, but that's PCM. At least we get a top 10, and AKA was 3rd in points. We showed ourselves and had a meaningful race. When you're already relegating, that's the most important thing I think. A win at home would have been nice though.
Thanks for the great reports and congrats to all those successful!

Don't understand how Navardauskas got worse in every other aspect after hill training in the off-season. He was comfortably in the Top 10s in stages like this last season! 47th on the stage? Horrendous!!
I believe he only wanted to race for one team and one team only. Just a rumour though
Yes, looks like Isostar suited him perfectly.

Wow, Kuboki really could have done well if he hadn't have been so awful in the TT. I guess I couldn't expect much better, but the gaps ended up being pretty small, an extra 15 seconds~ would have seen him in the Top 10

What about that peformance. Isostar alumni striking again, with Brändle winning the whole thing as the flagship! Great story also by Bazhkou and Tennant, making it 3 in the Top6 for former Isostars.
Only downside:

Thanks for the reports Aquarius, and congrats on the victory Bikex!
Janse van Rensburg completes the list of utter failures. I am astonished how bad a team can collectively decide not to bother. Thanks to Eiking we got a few points for the KoM classification, and Drapac somehow got some as well, but otherwise I am just shocked. This won't go without necessary measures against the riders involved.
EDIT: Schinker our best rider in the GC, who would've thought

very anti climactic final stage, where I thought we had it secured. Instead Mikhail loses to both Dmitriy and Jallays in a 30 km TT. 3rd, stages and the points jersey are by no mean a bad outcome, but damn so damn disappointing

Meanwhile Bazhkou continues to build a lead over his Isostar points total Real shame for you though, he should be much better.
6th is ok for Bazhkou, a nice enough performance to keep our points ticking over. Continues to be an absolute steal for us on 85k salary!

Thanks Aqua for the reports, and congrats to those with good results.
WCC's poor month continues, with again very little points to show from this outing. Minor hiighlights were seeing JAC and Cisse (both in NC jerseys) working together for one of the sprints, and Vandouss's go at the KoM (after inexplicably losing 4+ minutes on a flat stage where only half a dozen or so riders were not in the peleton, days he should float through!). In retrospect, a different team composition might have been in order for this race.

Thanks for reports, overall a decent race from us, with very little to show. A few breakaways and a top 3 isn't too shabby tho
